Chapter 124: WTF Part III

"Rin, Artit wants to talk to you."

"Okay!"

The slim figure suddenly shot out of the sofa before quickly grabbing Joke’s phone and nodding at him to ask for permission to borrow his phone. Soon, she disappeared into the staff room at the back of the store, leaving Joke to look after her, blinking repeatedly.

“There must be something going on between these two.” Joke pondered.

He had a gut feeling that there was something more to it. When he looked at Madame Fon, he saw her giggling as if she knew something she was not telling him.

Dani then walked over and placed a hand on his shoulder, nodding.

“Then, I’ll head back first, Joker. See you tomorrow in the afternoon. Don’t forget to bring your friend, too."

"Okay, see you tomorrow."

After bidding each other goodbye, the blondie then walked out of the store, leaving Joke there waiting to get his phone back from the young lady.

"So, how's it going, Mr. Joke?" Madame Fon said as she walked behind the store’s counter.
