"What really happened my maxim, how could those modify humans break into your base and killed thousands of survivors?" Leo asked, as the two walked towards maxim's office.
Maxim sighed "well... it was all my fault and incompetent. I overlooked the security of the base, and those bastards successfully infiltrated. That was all they needed."
"Then how did they break in?"
"Well, on one faithful night, the intruders silently killed all my guards, and opened the gate for those monsters, which attacked us ferociously."
"How did you guys handle this issue?"
"It's all thanks to you."
"Huh? And how is that?"
"Because if you haven't unlocked my skill from the start, I wouldn't be able to realm up this quickly. With mine and Zack's strength, we successfully took down the intruders, but we also faced heavy casualties." Maxim paused with a sighed.
"We lost more than half of our soldiers, remaining the ones you saw outside."
"Ok, What about the survivors?"
"Half of the survivors who survived the attack left the base, but with what that lady said, I think they are all dead, or even worse, turned to those things. Mr Leo..."
"Yes?"
"Why are all these happening? Those zombies are already a pain in the ass, and now these" maxim stopped in front of his office door, and pushed it opened.
"This is only the start, one month from now, the tribulation day will begin. We need to locate General Nicolas fast, it will be best if we are all in the same base." Leo said, walking inside the office with maxim.
"Come Mr Leo, one step at a time" maxim said with a small smile, while sitting down.
Leo nodded and communicate with potential. 'Search the location of General Nicolas.'

A deep frown appeared on Leo's face after seeing Nicolas's location.
"What is it Mr Leo?" Maxim asked, noticing Leo's expression.
"General Nicolas is in trouble, I will handle it, but first... I need to take you and your survivors to celestial base."
"Is something wrong Mr Leo? Do you know where Nicolas is?" Maxim was getting uneasy now.
"Yes, but first... you and your survivors need to get to safety, how far is the distance from your base to mine?" He asked.
"Didn't you fly here?" Maxim asked in mild confusion.
"Not really." Leo said with a small smile. 'Wait... potentate, can you teleport all of them to my base?'

[They are only 350,000 survivors present in this base, I don't know if the number was fixed, but that is it. One doom stone for a survivor.]
Leo nodded and said to maxim, "go and assemble all the people in your base, both your fighters and survivors. I know how to send you all to my base."
"Really?" Maxim was stunned. And added happily "thank you, Mr Leo, I will assemble then quickly" maxim stood up and rushed outside, leaving Leo in the office.
"How did General Nicolas end up in that place? Or did hemsal also attacked his base, no... I need to find out what hemsal is up too." Leo stood up and calmly walked around the office. 'I should alert Nora.' He connected with Nora through telepathy.
'Nora, Maxim and his survivors will be arriving at the base soon, sign them in, and you can add his fighters among ours, you should know the group to place them.'
'Ok Leo, will you be coming back with them?'
Nora's voice sounded in his mind, through their connection. Nora was the strongest among his subordinates, so their telepathy bond was much stronger than the others.
'Not yet, I will be back soon, something came up.'
'Leo... how are you going to send than here? because it will take days for them to arrive, and to remind you, none of them can fly.'
'Don't worry about all that, just stand by in front of the base.'
'Ok Leo.'
'Bye, stay safe.' Leo disconnected the link and turned around, at that moment maxim entered.
"Everyone is ready Mr Leo"
"Let go then" Leo nodded, walking passed him, leaving the office. Maxim quickly followed him.
In front of Maxim's office stood 350,000 survivors, everyone has a gloomy expression on their faces, as they stared at Maxim and the unknown man beside him.
"Mr Leo?" Jing, Maxim's old butler greeted Leo.
"Long time Mr jing" Leo said with a smile.
"Wait a second, is that Leo? The same Leo who announced doomsday to the world?"
"Yes! That is Leo!"
"We are saved!"
"Wait, while is he here? Shouldn't he be in his base?!"
"Shut up you fool!! We should be lucky he is here"
The survivors started murmuring, all seeing a light of hope after running through countless dark tunnel. And Leo was that hope.
"Calm down everyone, some of you who don't know, this young man here is Mr Leo, yes, the same Leo which announced doomsday to the world."
"It's really Leo"
"We are safe."
"Please take us to your base Mr Leo!"
"Yes, we want to follow you!"
Maxim's face changed slightly, hearing the word of his survivors. 'They really don't what to stay here for long, if Leo hasn't arrived and we miraculously survive the attack. These people will still find ways to leave the base, it's good Leo is here.'
Leo placed his hand on Maxim's shoulder, and gave him a smile. He then turned to the survivors and said. "Calm down everyone, it's true I am taking you all to my base, but my base is not as simple as Mr maxim's here. Especially my departments"
"Departments?"
"Not simple?"
"You will understand after you get there, and don't look down on this base you are currently in, maxim built it to protect and provide shelter to you guys. But what did you guys do after the base faces dangers, instead to support the fighters and defeat the intruders, you were running around like headless chickens, getting slaughtered. My base doesn't have weak humans, everyone in my base is ready to die for it. My fighters will never run from a battle or even abandoned the base, if all of you are weak... celestial fighters will build you up! If you can't learn, you will join an easy department. All these will be explained when you appeared in celestial base, my kings will handle everything. Get use to celestial rules."
The survivors looked at themselves a little stunned.
"I am telling you all these because I won't be coming with you, but warning... Don't anger my kings or commanders, they held the power if I am absent."
Maxim and the survivors nodded.
"You aren't coming with us? What if zombies or those abominations attack us?"
"Don't worry, I know a short route."
"Really?" Maxim asked in mild surprise.
"It's better to show you." Leo turned to the survivors and nodded. "You guys will appear in front of my base, and please... follow any order you will be given. Understand?"
"Remember, only the strong can survive in this world."
"Yes Mr Leo" the survivors nodded.
Leo nodded. 'Now Potentate'
[Doom stones successfully deducted.]
[Teleportation started.]
Under the survivors stunned gazes, they started disappearing one at a time. And in a matter of minutes all the survivors disappeared from the base. Including Maxim and his fighters.
Leo looked and the empty base and sighed.
"Time to get to work!"
