Chapter 28: Miscalculated

Suddenly, an incredibly high fire qi surged into the sky and the Phoenix began to dance in the sky. Even Admon liked it enough to want to paint it.

Admon found the sight quite amusing, but he was well aware that it would be much, much better to destroy her jealousy than to scold her. He locked his gaze on Petunia and then asked, "Do you realise your mistake?"

"Yes, master, I was overcome by jealousy, I will behave better, I swear." Petunia bowed her head, making it clear that she was sorry. She herself realised that what she had done was clearly outrageous. It had already been almost three months since she had become Admon's first apprentice, and the separation of her family and the constant news from the empire that many nobles and cults had been brought down was a sure sign that Florent was working with great care.

As a result, it was hard not to be jealous for Petunia, who saw the tiny tiny power of the power in Admon, even if he held himself for three months. On top of that, Petunia was insanely jealous of the beauty of Admon, her teacher and master. If he was in a human region, she was sure that there would be hundreds of queens and dozens of empresses who would want to marry him just because of his beauty.

It was absolutely impossible not to be jealous, no matter how bad it was.

You should not do that right now, but continue with all your strength and determination. Jealousy is only temporary, time will sweep it away." he added and stroked Petunia's hair. Immediately afterwards, she turned around and walked to the door to get out of the garden, just then she turned to Petunia and said, "If you ask me, you are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen, my dear student." and walked out of the door.

"You're a great smooth-talker, master." Mery quickly followed her out the door and said these words with a smile.

"Don't be silly, Mery. Besides, I've made it clear before, she's my first student in the entire universe. I'm giving someone what trillions of people want, of course I'm going to value her." Mery could only smile when Admon said that, she was no longer even surprised, knowing that in her master's eyes everything was just an ant and keeping in mind his continued power made everything easier.

"I loved her too." One of Admon's eyebrows had clearly moved when Mery said that.

"I've heard that demon beasts and humans don't get along very well, though Lawrence and Haldi got along just fine."

"Yes sir, there are many demon forests in the world and we are one of the smallest. There are many demons close to immortality. On other continents, there may be dozens of Eternal Demon Saints in just one tribe, who knows." When Mery said this, Admon's attention was clearly focused on her.
