Chapter 58: Friday Night

Friday, late at night.

Two figures leaped from building to building under the moonlight. One male and the other female.

They jumped off a building and landed on an empty street, in front of a house.

The two figures entered the house. Through a secret passage, they went downstairs, entering underground.

Underground, they walked down a large hallway made of something resembling black stone.

After walking for a few minutes, they arrived at a metal door. To their left and right, three were hallways leading even deeper.

The male opened the metal door, and they entered the room behind the door.

It was an ordinary-looking room, just that there was no window. There was a bed, table, chairs, and a wardrobe, and there were weapons on the walls.

On the bed lay a boy. Derek.

In the room, on the chair, sat a man with a huge scar across his chest. Behind him was a large broadsword leaning on the wall. It was the captain of the guards.
