Chapter 42: Testing guards.
"Well, I'm glad that you're all on time." Ali said looking at the 13 people waiting for him at the gym. "It'd be bad to kick you out on day one for not knowing the first rule."
The guards were all dressed in simple clothes, some in their tracksuits and some in shorts or yoga pants. Since Ali didn't say what training he wanted to see, they all just dressed appropriately according to their own routines and comfort.
He also noticed few of them were sweating or huffing as they were probably already doing their daily trainings or had just finished their jogging and came here.
Looking at Rocky who was wearing an army pant and a gray tight fitting T-shirt, Ali asked his first question. "Who's the strongest?"
"Among them Alpha or Echo would be the one with highest strength." Rocky said guessing through their records and past experiences.
"What about you? Can you take them out?" Ali asked, looking at the two figures mentioned by Rocky, one a member of army and other from the special forces.
Rocky smiled hearing the question and nodded his head in response.
"Hmm, you two, come." Ali said as he rolled up his sleeves and started walking towards the open space in the middle.
Everyone kept looking at him with surprise, as he threw his shoes away and flexed his legs and cracked his neck and knuckles. "Rocky start the timer, and you two, show me your best."
"Boss, you want us to _.."
"Young master, you _ .."
The surprised two guards and Rocky spoke at the same time, voicing their doubts, but Ali interrupted them.
"Rule number one, never question, never doubt. just _ Do As I Say." Ali said as he jumped from his place while talking and gave a flying kick to the Alpha standing behind him.
Though surprised by this sudden attack, Alpha still got back to his senses fast and raised his arms to block before his leg could hit his face.

Alpha grunted in pain as he got pushed back a step after the kick. His left hand, which bore the brunt of full force, trembling in pain as the exposed skin dyed red and black next instant for everyone to see.
"I hate repeating stuff, so consider it the first and last time. Show me your best." Ali said and backed away, as he took his handkerchief out and wrapped it around his right hand, and signaled them to attack.
Echo looked at Rocky in hesitation as he had learned Ali was injured and nearly died a week ago, afraid that he'll hurt this new boss of his and get banned, but seeing the old man frozen just like them he took a deep breath before running towards Ali.
"Be careful, young master.." Rocky couldn't help but remind Ali as he watched Echo punching at him, but stopped wide mouthed again as he saw Ali dodging every punch easily.
"Timer Rocky, timer." Ali reminded again, as he moved his head to the side and grabbed the hand moving past his neck, twisting it with all his strength, until he heard a painful grunt from Echo's mind. "Your best, or is this all you got?" He said and kicked the soldier on his back, sending him tumbling over to the Alpha still standing by and watching.
"If you don't come at me with all you got, I'm just gonna enjoy beating the crap out of you, before kicking you out and making sure none of you ever get any job ever again." Ali said and rushed to them.
Alpha and Echo looked at each other and nodded their head in understanding before moving in opposite directions to attack him. The hesitation on their faces went away as they looked at Ali seriously. Just that one bout was enough for both of them to take this fight seriously.
Be it pride, ego or just the itch to fight and show off their skills - both guys had the fire of fight in their eyes, making Ali smirk in response.
'Now that you're serious, let me drop this charade too.' Ali said in his heart and changed his direction to Alpha and punched him. His hand tearing through the air, as Alpha felt the air hitting his face, barely dodging his fist. Before raising his leg to give a kick to Ali's thighs, but Ali's speed surprised him again as the man had turned around at some point and was already engaged in a fight with Echo.
Punch after punch Echo's hands moved at high speeds, tearing through the air leaving the sizzling sound in their ears, but Ali kept moving body to always dodge them just close enough, or using his hands to block and change the direction.

The sound of collision echoed in the air, as Ali's feet collided with Alpha who wanted to attack him from the back.
Alpha limped back hurriedly dodging the next kick aimed at his head again.
"Slow." Ali said as he jumped again midair, raising his other feet and giving a kick to Alpha's chest, sending him flying back.
But he ended up leaving his back open for the Echo, who used this chance to land a solid punch on his back just as his feet touched the floor.
Spitting a mouthful of saliva in air, Ali stumbled two steps further feeling the painful punch on his back, but his face only broke up in another smirk as he turned back and rushed at echo even faster.
At the beginning Echo tried to fight back and attack, but soon with Ali's constant attacks he could just raise his arms and try his best to dodge or block the barrage of punches. Until even that failed and a punch landed on his face, causing the corner of his lips to bleed. His arms felt numb with all the hits they had taken, yet he forced them to keep high, cause he knew what would come next if they dropped lower.
"Slow." Ali said again as he stopped his punch and grabbed Echo's hand before dragging him forward and throwing him over the shoulders.

The sound of his back hitting the floor echoed in the gym, breaking everyone's silent stares watching their battle.
Echo grunted in pain and tried to stand up again, but ended up spitting a mouthful of saliva in the air as Ali walked over his stomach and gave a superman punch to Alpha, who just came back to fight him.
Ali breathed out calmly, looking at both the guards fallen down. One on his back and the other on his knees - both barely hanging onto their consciousness.
"Was this really their best." Ali said, looking at them and then turning to Rocky, who was still staring at his underlings in this embarrassing situation.
"Young master, you _ …" Coming back to his senses he wanted to ask how or when Ali trained or learned to fight this well, but Ali's next words interrupted him again and gave another surprise.
"It's too easy. All of you, come at me." Ali said, looking at everyone.
One by one all the guards walked forward and started surrounding Ali from all sides, even Alpha and Echo, who got their breath back, stood up and were ready for round two. Their eyes shining even brighter, just waiting for his command to start the fight.
How could they not stand up and just accept the fact that a second gen rich dandy forced them to fall down.
"Show me your best." Ali raised both his arms in position and said the same words again, but this time none of the guards, nor Rocky, thought he was joking or playing around.
This time the fight was gonna be serious from the get go.
-Tick tock tick tock
The sound of stopwatch started in Rocky's hands and so did the fight.
