Chapter 108: Hunt 1

"Alright, we need to be absolutely silent so the prey doesn't hear us, okay?" Otis whispered to Ruby.

"Okay, I'll be quiet." Ruby said, trying to suppress her excitement to be out in the forest, hunting with her partner, and couldn't wait to see what they would find.

As they entered the dense foliage of the forest, they moved slowly and cautiously, mindful of every step they took. They knew that one wrong move could alert their prey and send them running for cover.

Otis led the way, his senses heightened, and his eyes were scanning the area for any signs of movement. Ruby followed close behind, her heart racing with anticipation as they crept deeper into the forest.

Finally, they caught sight of movement in the clearing up ahead. Otis signaled for Ruby to stay back as he moved closer to investigate. She watched anxiously as he scanned the area, looking for any signs of danger.
