Chapter 26: Chapter 26 Sleep
I yawned loudly as I collapsed on my bed, I hadn't even taken a bath and I was already sleepy, as soon as I told my mum I loved her, she couldn't stop talking, I guess I haven't really shown it since I'm not a real kid.
I heard a knock and the door opened, I already knew it was Anna, and she was here to drag me to the bath, this wasn't the first time.
"Master..."
"You don't need to say it, I'll take my bath, you are no fun Anna" I muttered as I stood up.
"I wanted to ask how was your training and your trip, I heard you went sightseeing, please don't do that again" Anna muttered and I looked at her face and tears were rolling down her cheeks.
"Why are you crying?"
"I thought something bad happened to you, I couldn't get any work done, I'm just glad nothing happened" she muttered as she used her hands to wipe the tears on her face.
"How could you think something happened to me, it's not like you, and stop crying for every little thing, you're not a kid anymore" I muttered as I walked towards her.
"M-master...what..." Anna's face turned red as she muttered.
"I'm patting you on the head for worrying about me, so should I tell you about my day" I muttered as I went to the bed to sit down and I heard Anna clearing her throat.
"You haven't taken your bath yet master" Anna muttered after clearing her throat.
'How is this the same Anna that was crying just now, scary, it's like she has a split personality' I muttered as I walked towards the bath with her behind.
"I already checked the bath but it's been some minutes so I should check again" Anna spoke as she walked towards the bath, after learning her lesson she stayed quite far away so what happened last time wouldn't repeat itself.
"I don't think it's warm enough, should I add more hot water?" Anna asked.
"It's only been a few minutes, I'm sure it's okay" I sighed as Anna quickly stood up to help me take off my clothes but I refused and took off my clothes leaving only my underwear and I walked into the bath.
Like always the bath was refreshing but I didn't hear the door opening and I looked at Anna who was standing in front of the door.
"What's wrong Anna?" I asked.
"Would you tell me how your day was?" Anna asked.
"In the bathroom?" I asked, I didn't know what she was playing at her but who was I to reject, but Anna was levelheaded and I knew she wouldn't make a pass at me since I'm her master but if I did she wouldn't reject, but I wouldn't want to force myself.
"I'm sorry that's inappropriate, are you angry at me master?" She asked.
'Huh! Why would I be angry at her, wait is that why she wants to listen to my story, because I'm angry at her, well then I'm going to tease her some more'
"I'm angry at you, and if you want to make me happy take off your clothes and take a bath with me" I muttered and faced away so I wouldn't laugh.
"My!!...Okay master" Anna spoke.
"Huh!! Wait what... aren't you afraid of the water?" I asked.
"I am, but I'm more afraid of you being angry at me" Anna muttered as she slowly walked towards the bath.
"Don't get in, I was just joking, I'm too tired to help you up if you start trashing around" I quickly muttered as I closed my eyes.
To be honest I didn't really think she would do it, maybe I shouldn't have stopped her, even though I didn't I won't be able to do anything here, the bathroom is in the hallway and if she makes any noise, anyone passing would be able to hear, so no to that.
"Then I'll make your bed and prepare your night clothes" Anna muttered as she exited the bathroom with my clothes, from her voice, I could tell she still wasn't happy.
After a while in the bathroom, I walked towards my room, all I did was sit in the bath I didn't wash because I had already done that.
I opened the door and Anna was still dressing my bed, she should have been done by now.
"Master you are done, I picked a night cloth for you," Anna muttered as she quickly laid the clothes on my bed.
I took off the towel and top I was wearing which belonged to the bathroom and wore the clothes Anna picked and sat on my bed.
"Okay Master, I'll like to hear about your story now" Anna muttered.
'I knew that was why she was waiting, I'm not angry at her so why is she being persistent, I'm sure she won't leave so I should just make something up'
There's nothing much to talk about, the instructors were really powerful, I crossed swords with one of them, that's how I passed" I muttered.
"What!! You attacked an instructor!!" Anna's jaws dropped as she stared at me and I burst into laughter.
"She asked me to spar with her and stopped after I blocked her first strike, I guess she was planning to throw me off my feet," I said with a smile as I stared at the ceiling.
"I wish I was more like you" Anna muttered as I collapsed on my bed with a smile, none of us said a word for a minute and when I looked at Anna I knew why, she was already nodding her head trying to stay awake.
"Anna you can go," I muttered but she didn't reply, I guess she was already asleep so I walked towards her.
"Hey Anna" I muttered as I tapped her and she opened her eyes.
"Go to sleep"
"Master?" Anna muttered in a meek voice.
"Yes," I answered.
"Can I sleep with you?"
