Alexis quickly withdrew her hand and rose to her feet, while the stranger retrieved the handkerchief from the floor. 

"Take it," he offered, holding it out to her. 

"Thank you," she replied, accepting the handkerchief before leaving. 

Meanwhile, inside the hospital room where Alisa was staying, the poisoning specialist prepared to take a blood sample from Alisa's finger. Yvonne's attempted to distract her daughter by engaging in conversation. But as soon the needle touched her finger, Alisa couldn't help but cry in pain. 

"The pain will go away," Yvonne reassured her, planting a gentle kiss on her daughter's forehead. 

After a few minutes, the specialist removed the needle, causing Alisa to cry out once more. Yvonne watched anxiously as he extracted her blood and transferred it into a container, which promptly changed color to a dark green. 

He looked at Yvonne. "I've figured out the poison,"
