Once Francis set up the name of the village, the book he was holding turned into many small lights and integrated with him, once the lights vanished a blue-colored panel appeared before Francis's eyes.
The panel was divided into 7 tabs, of which a few were grey and a few were white.

Trading, Alliance, and Shop were greyed out. While Seeing them Francis noticed the communication tab was flashing frequently so he clicked on it.
The Communication tab was further divided into 3 parts

All three tabs were flashing so Francis clicked on the first one, The Regional.
[What is going on, Is this a prank?]
[Shit! I was flirting with girls at the bar just now and somehow I ended up next to a barren mountain.]

Many messages continued to come up, so Francis also checked the other two tabs and they were in the same condition.

After going through them again Francis closed the panel and thought.

As he was going through the details Francis noticed something strange.
"How come the population 4?"
Just as he said that 3 people walked out of the Lord's mansion building. They were all dressed in coarse linen clothes as peasants in historical movies.
Seeing them Francis had an urge to shout because all three men were looking very thin, sick, and famished.
"Do I have to depend on these people to protect my territory?"
"I can imagine what are others going through right now."
Seeing Francis was looking at them, the three people came forward and knelt and shouted.
"Meet the Lord!!!" "Meet the Lord!!!" "Meet the Lord!!!"
Seeing that Francis was a little flustered as he had never seen or faced something like that, so he hurriedly came forward and helped them to stand up and said.
"Although you can respect me, You people don't have to kneel before me."
"As you can see we don't have many people and we just built the Village, I'm looking forward to making it grand and prosperous."
"For that, I will be needing your help."
After he said that Francis looked into his panel to check if he could build small houses first for them, as he didn't want them to sleep on the ground at night.

"Ok then let's build two small wooden houses."
As he paid, the fog appeared in two places not far from the Lord's mansion. It looked like the houses were getting built and it would be completed in 2 hours.
Seeing that, Francis gave them some food and told the three people to settle down near the Mansion for the moment till the houses were built. Seeing them eat Francis then remembered his System.
Francis opened his system and it too opened in the panel before his eyes but the color was white. All the tabs that were greyed out have turned to white. Francis clicked on the 10 Artifacts/tools tab

{Grill: Using this you can create all kinds of cuisine.}
{Medical/Chemical Table: Using this you can create all kinds of medicine and all kinds of Chemical substances or compounds.}
{R&D Table: Using this table you can research and develop many kinds of new things.}
{Blueprints/Recipe Creation Table: Using this table you can create new blueprints of items or new recipes of food or medical items.}
{Light/Heavy Industrial Components Table: Using this table you can create different machines/items from small electronic components to heavy machinery.}
{Vehicle Creation Table: Using this table you can create different types of vehicles to use.}
{Miscellaneous Items Table: Using this table you can create miscellaneous items like furniture, decorations, etc.}
After seeing the details Francis clicked on the Construction Table, then his view changed from first person to Third person, he had a bird's viewpoint he could see himself from the top of his head from a certain distance.
Then a prompt came informing him where to place the Table.
