It is because his Biological Grandfather in this World, Long Zai Tian is too protective of him.
Although his Grandfather is being a Hindrance to his plans, Long Jun understand this is because he don't want to loose him, like he lost Long Jun parents.
However, his Grandfather is gradually turning his attention away from him to his younger brother, Long Hu.
Long Jun is also behaving Low-key and avoiding creating a mess like like he did during his first mission 2 years ago in excitement to test his speculations about his System.
After coming back alone from his first mission and throwing the blame on unknown black-robed attackers, Long Jun decided to stay at Blood Battle Group Headquarters for some time and test if he can get Interference Points from the Villages under the influence of Blood Battle Group and other 2 organisations near it with Butterfly Effect.
He spread a net for Mortals and unexpectedly affected Multiple Cultivators as well.
More than half of his current Interference Points come from here.

The Time for start of Plot was almost here, but he still hasn't started using his Golden Finger.

There is no important character in Storm House and he can't exactly go to High Heaven Pavillion and mess with their elders and their Core and Direct Disciples.
There is also no need to go there as well since he already has 3 near him in Blood Battle Group. Hu Jiao'er, her little sister and his little brother.
Ignoring the Two 13 years old kids with guards following them around everywhere, Hu Jiao'er is the best candidate right now.
With her identity as a Heroine/Harem member of Yang Kai, he might get enough Interference Points from her to upgrade his Authority Level to from 0 to 1.
After deliberating for a long time, Long Jun decided to proceed with his plan of trying to snatch one of Yang Kai's women to see what will happen.
It should count as a pretty major change compared to what he has been doing in past. After all, Hu Jiao'er was someone who accompanied Yang Kai throughout the Novel along with her sister.
Will there really be any consequences or not, if yes, then what will they be? Will he suffer them after succeeding or while trying?
What form will they be in? Will he suffer bad luck? Will he find cultivating more difficult than before? Or will he get stuck by some heavenly phenomenon and die inexplainably?
Will there really be any Consequences at all or is he just scaring himself?
" Hu Jiao'er and her sister had some role in starting of Yang Kai journey even that was just making things easier for him, nothing he couldn't have done without them. As Novel progressed they became no different from other background characters, only thing different about them was their status as Yang Kai wives. So, they can be said to be noticable but ignorable as well. They are just perfect testing subjects. Even in the worst case scenario, the Backlash shouldn't be instant death, and as long as I don't die at once, there is no wound I can't recover from with a System. " Long Jun murmered.

Don't read further if you are expecting a Good natured mc who will take care of those women that were in love with Yang Kai and those who were left behind by him and a bright world with just a different mc. I am not writing this novel with Harem and Smut as theme.
