Chapter 16: Sit On My Lap~

At this time, Chen Ming had already run toward the room he had first fallen in, but the problem was that he couldn't find it anywhere at all! The entire place looked more like a maze than an ordinary corridor. Wherever he turned, he met a dead end with nowhere to go.

What was even more irritating was that he was wearing no pair of clothes, not even underwear. Now he really regretted tearing off that pair of lingerie. At the very least, he would have something to cover up his private parts.

Finally, he turned into a corridor that felt familiar to him and relaxed his shoulders. But…..

No wait a minute, he seemed to have returned to the devil lord's room once again!

It wasn't fun at all going around naked everywhere in such a cold environment. He sneezed and rubbed his nose with the back of his hand.

Since he had nowhere to go, and since he didn't want to run around naked all over again throughout the floor, he should probably enter the place and hide somewhere, probably begging the man to bring him some kind of clothes….

Maybe he could steal the devil's robes since it was his room, after all. Making him all naked was entirely the man's fault. Not only that, even his clothes were taken away and discarded, leaving him with nothing to wear.

It was a good thing there weren't any servants around the entire floor, otherwise, he wouldn't have any face to show among the people here. What he didn't know was that the butler deliberately kept the servants out of the corridor, seeing how they could bump into their master having sex with his new pet anytime, anywhere on the entire floor.

Chen Ming walked over to the room from where he had gotten out about half an hour ago and was surprised to see the door open wide. He entered and was even more surprised to realize there was no one around!

Damn, he had only thought of stealing as a joke, but it turns out, he could actually take some of the robes of the man!

He scanned the entire room and found the wardrobe quickly. He could feel a hint of adrenaline rush flooding his veins as he made his way there carefully.

He had done nothing like this in his life, never!

But even if he hadn't done this before, the pleasure he was feeling at the moment was immense. He licked his lips and finally opened the wardrobe only to realize it was triple the one assigned to him.

There were all kinds of clothes, from modern to ancient, he could even see the cultivation robes and an entire shelf dedicated to pirate outfits.

Oooo….! Pirates?!

He had always wanted to become a pirate, at least cosplaying in that outfit. He rubbed his hands and rushed there, quickly taking out a random pirate outfit from the shelf.

"Host~!" Chick appeared instantly, flapping his ugly wings that seemed to have shed some feathers, revealing the smooth pinkish skin underneath full of bones. "I'd prefer if you don't do that."

Chen Ming only scoffed and started wearing the outfit. Despite looking simple, it wasn't easy to wear it on his body. Of course, he didn't give up and spent about fifteen minutes before finally wearing the wig that was coupled with a hat.

He put his hand on his waist as he chuckled and said, "Snap a few good pics of me, system."

He wanted to record this moment of him becoming a pirate so that once he returned to his hometown once again, he could relive these memories by seeing his pics again.

Chick rolled his eyes and obediently snapped a dozen pics before finally lowering his cameras as he said in an urgent voice, "Host, I'm warning you. Please, take some old clothes and get out of his room! He is close enough!"

"What are you afraid of, Chick?" Chen Ming raised his brows as he looked at the little chick with one of his opened eyes while the other had an eyepatch. "I said I can handle everything."

Chick looked at the man with a deadpan expression on his face as if saying, "The hell you can handle everything! Weren't you the one to cry and regret everything, even existing in the first place once things go bad?"

But he said nothing like that. If his host wanted to jump into the river, he would let the man do it.

He sighed and said, "Alright, do whatever you want. Don't tell me I didn't warn you before."

Chen Ming didn't care about it anymore as he looked at himself in the mirror, admiring his pirate form. When he was finally done admiring, he walked toward the wardrobe door, wanting to get out of there and find his way out, but as he got closer, he heard the sound of people talking from the office.

F*ck!!!

The man was back so soon?!

Oh, wait a minute, he probably wasted half an hour here. So it wasn't soon.

He sighed and decided to stay here until he stopped hearing the voice, but…..

His stomach started making gurgling noises, making sure to give him a hint of what he wanted, food. He looked at the doorknob after that and decided after listening for a while, he should just open the door and walk out.

Outside the wardrobe, two people were talking casually in a low voice, and since the wardrobe was shut closed, it was impossible to listen to their words. Thus, Chen Ming could only grit his teeth and walk outside.

He swiftly turned the doorknob and twisted it, pushing the door open.

Two people were sitting there, one was the devil lord himself and another middle-aged man of an unknown origin, wearing a proper suit and tie with sunglasses on his eyes. The two of them looked in Chen Ming's direction the moment he walked out, making the three of them stunned and pause what they were doing.

The middle-aged man blinked and pointed his finger at the human, asking hesitantly, "He…."

"My fiance," said Gao Wen as he had a hint of coldness on his face as he pointed his chin at the other, saying, "My dear fiance, come and sit on my lap."

He even patted his thighs as if making a point.
