Chapter 22: SECRETS OF THE COURT

"Your Highness! How are you here?"

"Let me ask the same! Why are you here?" She spat, anger clouding her mind and senses. She had never taken Wisterian people to be this low to be physically abusing other ranks.

"take your hands off that boy before I strip you off from your title and ruin you!" Cielle threatened. And the man didn't think twice before removing the knife from the omega's neck and unarming him.

"But your Highness, why are you in the wolf's den?! It's highly dangerous! Did they enslave you? Where are the other hunters who were with you?!" The man was frantic as his eyes ranked all over her body to observe if she was hurt or anything but it stayed on her for more than it should have, making her scowl.

"And why is Your Highness wearing that cheap thing? Where are your own clothes?" Another one yelled from the corner of the room. He was being beaten up by one of Eros's wolves. But all he seemed to care about was her outfit.
