Chapter 34: Quick Clear

After clearing Insect Cave, Ivan continued to clear trial after trial without breaking a sweat.

Drowning River, cleared!

Graveyard of Greed, cleared!

Ruins of the Britz, cleared!

Ivan had even cleared Dragon Valley within an hour. And that room's boss was the soul of a real True Dragon!

Sage Lucas was close to fainting when he saw the soul of the True Dragon kowtow before Ivan with reverence.

'You are a True Dragon! Why are you afraid of a 10 year old who can't even use magic?! Fuck, I should've known you were nothing more than a giant lizard with wings!'

Calvin couldn't help but chuckle as he watched his colleague get doused in cold water time and time again.

"This child might give you a run for your money, hahaha!" Calvin snickered.

After clearing the 9th room within Insanity Hell, Ivan decided to take a break at the next safe zone.

After all, he has been clearing trials like crazy for the past day.

Chaos and Leviathan knew that Ivan required rest.

Ivan entered the green barrier without a sound.

The safe zone between Dragon Valley and the last room was a fruit orchard Sage Lucas found in the wild lands.

He noticed that the fruit orchard heals anyone that enters the area so he decided to move the orchard into his Insanity Hell.

Ivan sat under a tree and rested his head against the tree trunk.

"Oof, I'm tired…and reinvigorated?" The boy's eyelids were about to close when Ivan felt a gust of wind blew past his face, revitalizing him within an instant.

'Damn that sage. What a lucky person to be able to find such a magical place.' Leviathan marveled.

Although the King of Water Dragons was residing within Ivan's mind, he could still feel the healing aura emitted by the fruit orchard.

Chaos nodded his head in agreement.

He too, was fascinated at the fruit orchard's magical properties.

As an experienced space explorer who has seen a lot, this was his first time encountering a fruit orchard that heals the visitors of the orchard.

In fact, Chaos was ready to pull out his system to scan the place when he remembered something. Ivan's Martial Dao System had already devoured his system.

Not only were his stats deleted and transferred to the Martial Dao System, even his hard earned skills and items were taken away before having evolved into skills that suit Ivan's needs.

What's worse with this series of events was that Ivan has no idea he even possesses a system in the first place!

Ivan now possessed a full, functioning system that allows him to turn martial arts into skills and help store items using the system's inventory.

Chaos also guessed that since Ivan's Martial Dao System had absorbed everything from his own system, the boy had become the owner of his familiars.

He also possessed a large amount of unused skill points.

Whoops, large was an understatement to the number Ivan actually possessed. It was–

"Infinity would be the closest term to what I used to own." Chaos read the author's description and snorted.

He hated that the author was incompetent to think so lowly of the ex-paladin.

"Useless simp, look down on me again and I swear I will end your life with a snap of my fingers."

In the end, Chaos could only curse at the Heavens for giving him this kind of hardship.

Not only was his creator incompetent and lazy, his given host was also dumb and useless.

Thinking about his fate only made Chaos's head hurt more.

Ivan rested up for an hour before he decided it was time to challenge the tenth room of Insanity Hell.

Upon entering the tenth room of Insanity Hell, Ivan was met with an insurmountable stone wall. A string of characters were etched on the stone wall.

"Hmmm? The tenth room is called Mountain Wall?...Is that it?" Ivan Asked in a confused tone.

He tried to look around but found nothing out of the ordinary. The room's trial was a stone wall.

Does he have to break through the stone wall to pass the trial? Or does he have to get to the other side without damaging the wall?

Ivan became stumped at the thought of this.

Leviathan and Chaos were busy discussing strategies while Ivan stared at the stone wall for hours.

'Since it is a trial about a surpassing wall, why don't we get Ivan to attack the wall with his martial arts? That seems to work with every other trial he has cleared so far.' [Leviathan]

'Hm, I want to agree with you yet I can't at the same time...My gut is telling me that there has to be another purpose for this trial.' [Chaos]

'Like what? We can't see the top of the wall no matter how high the boy lifts his head up.'

'True, we're practically sitting ducks here since even our means of escape has been blocked off.'

The entrance to the room was still there. Yet, instead of an open space, a barrier had appeared in its place.

Ivan was unable to pass through the barrier even with his creation arts.

This made Chaos and Leviathan rethink their whole plan.

So while the ancient beast and mysterious voice conversed within a corner of Ivan's mind, the 10 year old boy decided to take up this chance to research his creation arts.

In his mind, Ivan believed that taking the next step in his creation arts would allow him to power up and clear this trial perfectly.

Considering that was the case for almost all of the martial heroes he had read about in novels.
