Chapter 12: PWA 12 House Visit [Rewrite]
I go upstairs to my own room and packed all the necessary items in a bagpack that is already being prepared by my parents.
Oh, I checked on the PC in the corner of my room and like in every Pokémon games, there is a bottle of Potion that can be used to heal both human and pokemon inside there.
Good stuff, I packed that in my bag too.
Finished with all my preparation, I go downstairs to meet with Kotonoha who already have a warm talk with my gentle Mother.
I can see that you are already treating her like your daughter in law, my dear Mother....
As me and Kotonoha is about to depart from my home, Father comes along with his Medichamp and give me a Shell Bell, an item that can be held by a Pokémon to heal their HP by an eighth of the damage they dealt to their foe(s).
I immediately called out my Wooxie Shion and let her hold that Shell Bell.
She immediately purred in happiness and cutely make a gesture of thanks to me and my parents.
As me and Kotonoha returned our starter Pokémons to our pokeball and me saying my farewell to my parents.
We both go out on our way to Kotonoha's house to get her prepared on our journey.
I must say, I am quite nervous to meet my soon-to-be father and mother in law now....
As we both have arrived in Kotonoha's house, we are greeted by Kotonoha's mother Manami Katsura.
You know what?
I always wondered which part of her mother that is genetically brought down by Kotonoha in their genealogical line apart from their large breasts.
While Kotonoha have a gentle and kind of a meek personality, her mother gives out the first impression of being a cold and harsh person, although she is actually a good person too just like her daughter.
However, aside from their melon sized cups, the mother have a total opposite appearance from her daughter.
While Kotonoha Katsura have a long glossy black hair that goes straight down to her bountiful bottom, her mother Manami Katsura have ashen black hair that is cut so short that it is not even reaching her cheek and in the back the hair didn't even touch her neck.
While Kotonoha have a plump, cute oval face, her mother have a sharp, melon seed face.
As Kotonoha have a babydoll big beady eyes, her mother.... Let's just say that if she squinted her eyes then her gaze would immediately look so sharp like she can mentally cut a person.
All in all, those mother and daughter pair are a polar opposite to each other.
"Ah, Onee-chan! Welcome back!"
A cute voice called out from behind the door.
Who else if not Kokoro Katsura, Kotonoha's dear little sister?
A cute little girl who exactly look like a chibi version of Kotonoha Katsura gingerly comes to meet us.
She gasped when seeing me with Kotonoha since it is the first time she sees her onee-chan brought back a friend home.
After some greetings and introducing each other, we come inside the house with Kotonoha excused herself to go upstairs to pack her stuff.
Leaving me alone with her mother and her little sister.
Also, although Kokoro resembles Kotonoha very much on appearance, but her personality is absolutely different than her big sister.
Unlike her big sister who is always gloomy, meek and have low self-esteem, the little sister is always brimming with sunshine smile and youthful spirit.
I wonder if Kotonoha is never bullied in the first place, will she becomes a bright shiny girl filled with positivity like her little sister?
And so, I have quite a hearty talk with the little sister while the mother serve the tea and snacks and Kotonoha is upstairs in her room preparing things.
At one time, Kokoro who is just a teenage child filled with curiosity asked me about what kind of Pokémon I and her Onee-san have.
To that I showed her my PokeGear and let her see the data of my Pokémon in there.
And when she wanted to see the real thing, I asked the mother if it is okay to release Pokémon inside the house to which she gives her permission.
Then I let out Shion the Wooxie and Kokoro immediately squealed seeing my cute little wood Pokémon.
...
After some more time, Kotonoha finally finished with her packing and she goes down to meet me in the living room, she smiled seeing me fit in with her family.
After we make sure that we both are ready to go, with her mother asking Kotonoha if she have brought this and that in her sling bag that also have a large capacity like my bagpack of holding, we then said our farewell and go out on our way to begin our journey as new Pokémon Trainer together.
Kokoro cutely saying her goodbye while waving both of her hands up in the air.
Oh, before we hit the road, I also spend almost all my money buying some more potions, antidotes, awakening, burn heal, ice heal, parlyz heal and food rations in the Pokemart, along with 10 Pokeballs that nets me a Premier Ball as a bonus.
Can't help being cautious, unlike in the game where we can just load the save file if we got game over, if we die here, then we died for good.
No retry, no replay, no save and load game file.
After all I also have some memories from this body and I remember reading some news about the statistics that among the batch of the new Pokémon Trainers on each years, almost half of them are dead without burial grounds.
Either they are killed by wild Pokemons on their journey, or getting any accident like trapped in a cave, landslide or even being robbed by vile people.
There is a villain group named Team Torpedo which is like the Team Rocket in the Pokémon franchise.
Kotonoha who sees me being cautious also followed my step and buying some more rations, medicinal supplies and pokeballs like me.
