Chapter 7: CHAPTER 7
——-hours before——
Looking at the naked boy I was most perplexed as to why he would send a mortal here but looking at the boy's sword I could make some gusses.
"Beautiful."
The naked boy said as he looked at me before he walked over and what followed was this mortal admired my looks for hours on end in different positions but not once ever touching me.
That was the only reason why I continued this charade but that wasn't the only reason because as I wached the mortal he kept on changing between a young boy and a child and from the way his sword looked it was clear that what was happening was due to a fight.
After a few more minutes the boy had a satisfied look and was about to leave but I wasn't going to let that happen.
" Foolish mortal, where do you think your going?" I said as I placed my hand on his shoulder and I couldn't help smileing wean I felt the boy jump a little.
Turning around slowly the boy looked at me but oddly there was no fear as there should have been but confusion as well as a slight blush made it's way across his face.
"Umm what?" He asked as he tried to remove my hand but he couldn't and I wached as his blush slowly disappeared from his face and was replaced with a look a seriousness.
"You will become my servant and will stand beside me wean I rule." I decided but the boy just rolled his eyes.
"We had barely just met and you wish to control me already—but I can agree if you can satisfy my conditions." He said somewhat tiredly.
Looking at the boy in front of me I was quite amused but equally annoyed but nonetheless I wanted to hear what this silly mortal wanted to say.
"Go on."
Lifting one finger he said "I want something of equivalent value for my work." And lifting his a second finger he continued "and if you want me to work as a servant, you have to beat me in single combat." He finished and calling me surprised was an understatement but it's been some time since I stretched my limbs so why not.
Letting the boy go I wached as he teleported right next to his sword.
Shaking my head I materialized a sword in my hand.
"I will try not to kill you, young mortal."
———PoV change———
Standing on blackened land a woman with unmatched elegance and in her hands two black blades rested.
While on the other side a naked boy holding onto a nearly shattered sword, he was missing the elegance the woman had but there was something else he had and that was a calmness that was equally unmatched.
After a couple moments of silence the naked boy ran towards the woman and the woman started running towards the boy.
Meeting in the middle both swung their swords and from the clash a shockwave that could topple any building shot out from the kiss of steel.
Takeing a step back the naked boy swung his sword again and again but each time the woman just countered each strike.
" You're gonna have to do better than that." She exclaimed before throwing her swords at the boy and then proceeded to attack him with new ones however the boy wasn't at all bothered and proceeded to dodge and block.
Teleporting behind the woman he quickly slashed at her back and took a few steps back however that wasn't enough because then the woman started conjuring up an unlimited amounts of swords and throwing them at the boy but unlike the others that were as small as short swords the ones she threw at the boy were bigger and as the boy dodged and deflected them he didn't realize that he was slowly geting traped until it was too late and with a blade hovering just inches away from his head the woman announced her victory.
"I hella have won give up and become my servant."
Letting out a deep sigh the young boy only nodded his head before stepping through the blades that had traped him moments ago.
"And for my item of equal value?" He said as he reached out his hand.
This action made the woman's eye twitch.
———- PoV CHANGE ————-
Looking at the armor that the woman made me I couldn't help but be impressed with its sleek design and with how it hugs my body and sure I didn't need it but with my frame out of commission this this would have to suffice.
"Thank you." I said to the woman while still looking at my reflection.
For some reason every time I look at her my stomach gets tighter and my head seems to develop a fog that makes it hard to think.
"Ok enough of that, why did you let me win?" She asked while also geting rid of the glass I was useing to see my new armor.
Sigh "I did not 'let you win' but was honestly fighting you with all I had." I said to her but she just shook her head so I clarified.
"For some reason every time I look at you I feel my gut tightening and my head becomes foggy which makes it hard for me to think."
After explaining her expression changed from one to annoyance to one of understanding.
"My name is Hera and servant what's yours?" She asked/demanded.
"Tenno." I responded while puting my sword into its newly formed sheath.
"Tenno huh…well not anymore now your name will be…..Liv Tenno." Her announcement caused thunder and lightning to resonate throughout the barren land.
"Why did you change my name? And why did the sky thunder about like that?" I asked wean the thunder and lightning calmed down.
"That usually happens wean somebody breaks the chains of fate." She said as she looked at the sky and lingering thunder and lightning fearfullyy.
But after a couple more minutes the thunder and lightning stopped but then the rain came.
"Is seems like we're ok for now."
[so I got hella high yester day and was thinking wear the story should go on from here right and it became clear to me that in most MARVAL FF the MC always gos for Natasha, a.k.a. black widow and then following that train of thought I realized that EVERY MC with out fail has some sort of ability that protects them from mind reading and Odens infinite wisdom, or foresight…that shits boring as hell like I can make a whole ass chapter or something out of just that but does that mean I am ganna let a bald man mind rapé our MC? No but I am sure ass hell not ganna be like poof you gained a ability or have some omni Bing waching his back like a sky daddy, anyway hope you have been likeing this so far have a good day and sorry for my rant.]
