It has been a week since my leave from the main cast, and I have just bought a factory to practice my Magic. It is in the cleanest part of York, New York. Yeah, I live in York City just cause most of the next Arc happens here until the ants, but I am making a unique spell for them and their king. You could say why I didn't kill the queen before. Well, what if a butterfly effect happens after, and we get a strong monster from the dark continent? At least, that is what I think she is from. I never really googled it back in my old life.
AN: I did, and it does not say anything about the Dark Continent, but she is not from the Known World, so yeah, Dark Continent is unknown, so yeah.
This city is not so bad, but I need to change the factory to accommodate my busy schedule, so I hired some workers to change a few things. I added protecting RUNE around the area, and only people I put trackers on are allowed in. Other people are not allowed to even get close because of a RUNE that changes people's minds against going to the factory. I hope it works on NEN users, too. Walking down, I felt the worker working on the other side of the factory, so I started making some spells.
After a while, I stood up and stretched because I had been on the floor for so long that my back was hurting. I need to buy some furniture and a better bed soon, but I have made a couple of spells, but I will tell you later.
Yuki: "Who are you talking to," said my companion.
Vero: "My audience," I said, smirking.
Yuki: "Whatever, master, but you need to buy some food soon. You are running out," They said, reminding me.
Vero: "Ohh yeah, okay, I will go right now, so protect the castle while I am gone: "I said, opening a portal near a restaurant.
Along with no furniture. I also have no fridge or anything to keep my food fresh and no stove to cook on, so I order to go to restaurants and just put it into my inventory, and they last long. Then, when they were out of it, I learned that a bit ago, and my companion is calm. Why Yuki, don't you ask? I watched a bit of Future Diaries before HxH, and I made them a boy because I wanted to shut up so. After placing my order, I waited a bit and got my food. I get out and portal home after putting it in my inventory, but I need to make some money, so I should start a company. Wait, I have no idea what I should make. Hmmm, RUNES, I have an Idea.
(Two Weeks Later)
I have started a business kind of I posted on the Hunter web that I can make armor that can defend against NEN, which is true, but the cost is their stamina, which is excellent, right? So I just got a few orders at first from people who did not believe it. Still, after the first few, I started getting so many I had to take it down for a few days because of all of the blood I had to use, so I tried to make some ink with MANA, but that was so hard because first, you have to liquify the MANA and mix it into the ink which dilutes it some. It does not stay as long. It only lasts four days, and the whole process is so long that it is annoying. Still, my blood lasts forever, at least, I think, because the RUNES on me have lasted as long as I could make them, so yeah, they start automatically when they sense unfamiliar NEN yeah, like the print process, and only protect the wear because it has their NEN print in the RUNE.
There is only so much I can make before I pass out of blood loss, and Yuki comes in clutch. When that happens, Thank god I made Yuki. Where would I be?
Yuki: "Dead on the floor," he said snickering.
Vero: "Shut up. I told you not to read my mind and focus on delivery," I said, upset, writing some runes down on a leather chest plate.
Yeah, he delivered them. Some people tried to follow, but he lost them, and for the NEN user that has tracking NEN abilities, I dispelled him and was done. I know, cool. I would also be, wait, I am a loser.
YukI: "Boss, you're crazy sometimes. You know that," he said, looking scared. "Hey, no, I am not," he said, annoyed. "Yeah, I am," He said. Stop reading my mind, asshole. "Fuck you cunt," he said. "What? Nothing, no expression or feeling," he said. "Hey, come on," he said, sounding pissy. *Hump*
Well, besides that, I have just been only making the first ten orders and then stopped the others, so yeah, it is rare for some people to get them, and since they work, I start charging really high prices, 25 million Jenny. I know it was very cheap, but hey, I now have a computer, a fridge, and a cu]ouche, so no more sitting on the floor, a better floor, and the workers did a great job in changing the factory to a control center. I paid them a little extra, and they deserved it. Hence, I now have a new set of closets and a weapon locker. I might go bad a truckload. I am going to be a gunslinging magician. I know, badass. That's a good enough distraction to get back to work.
(Two Months Later)
So I fucking missed the New York City meeting and Arc together. I am so pissed I forgot because of all this work and the summoner I gave to Gon; he did not use it once. What is the point of giving it to him, and why do I know this well? I bought a TV to watch some show when I am bored and for Yuki, but then just yesterday, they said something about an attack on the auction house led by the Phantom Troupe, and since I am so far away, I did not hear or feel the bond that some other people set off I am so fucking pissed, and no one got in contact with me no phone call "They do not have my number) or a summon from Gon and Killua.
Recently, That guy that was doing a thing for Hunters to get into Greed Island. How do I know it will be posted on the Hunter web, not the NEN one, but the normal one? I wonder why, but it is good the Greed Island is happening, meaning the Ant arc is happening soon, just a year or more. I can't wait. Oh, I forgot to mention. What the speels I made and that I made the summoner to let me summon myself in their position? Yeah, I am smart.
