Chapter 101: No Love

"I am sure you have many women to visit if you feel lonely, my lord and I would not be your first choice." Dion raised a brow, confused by the comment. He had been with women in the past. But he never had two at the same time.

And he never treated them like objects to use at his disposal. It was them who had invited him and he had obliged like a kind and considerate man.

"But you are going to be my wife. You are going to be my first and last choice." she laughed at those words. Or it was the alcohol that made him feel that she doubted it. Why would she? He had stopped meeting women. 

He did not respond to their calls or letters and he did not care about the confessions he was receiving these days. In the past, he would have twisted them to gain some favors. Like Sharon, her offer was good but he had ignored it.
