Move Proficiency

MOVE Proficiency: Much like Pokémon, their moves showcase proficiency levels, segmented into four distinct tiers.Unlike levels, these move mastery levels can decrease over time if not actively used. Additionally, the proficiency in move mastery can vary significantly among Pokémon at the same level, influenced by their training. This difference becomes especially noticeable when reaching the pinnacle of a Pokémon's mastery over their moves.

Novice Level:

Pokémon grapple with the move.

Takes more time to pull off.

Results are weaker compared to other moves.

Expert Mastery:

Pokémon handle the move more skillfully.

It's still weaker than fully mastered moves.

Gains the ability to use two attacks simultaneously.

One at expert level.

The other at a basic level while stationary.

However, moving while using two attacks remains challenging.

Master Level:

Pokémon can seamlessly use these moves.

Move freely while executing any other moves.

Unleashes the strongest version of these moves. But can be different based on the training given to the pokemon of similar levels and potential.

They can combine any two moves to create a unique move of their own or can customize moves such as Protect, Electro Ball, and Thunder if trained properly and correctly, in the right settings.
