Chapter 9: Meeting (2)
In the morning, at 6 a.m., Kibishi woke up and meditated for 2 hours. Hanabi also woke up at a later time and smiled when he saw Kibishi meditating silently.
'His chakra reserves are almost the same as a peak chuunin. Considering his age, this is unbelievable. When I'm his age, my chakra reserves are at most mid-chuunin.' Hanabi looked at him with pride. 'Kazuchi, our son is a genius.'
Hanabi proceeded to take a bath and then joined Kirina in the kitchen, where she was busy cooking
"Mom, you're up early. Has Father already gone to work?" Hanabi inquired.
Kirina glanced at her daughter and smiled. "Yes,dear. Someone from the ANBU came earlier looking for your father. He was needed in the council meeting," she replied, cracking some eggs.
"Is it about the Uchiha, right mom?" Hanabi asked. Though the people of Konaha don't know about what's happening between the Uchiha and the village, the clan heads know that there is tension building up.
"Unfortunately, yes. But don't worry, there's no civil war will happen." Kirina was trying to lift Hanabi's mood. She knows that Hanabi was close to Mikito Uchiha, the wife of the current head of the Uchiha. Also, the sister of his late husband, Kazuchi Uchiha, in short, she was her sister-in-law.
Hanabi knew that her mother was trying to cheer her up, so she changed the topic. "Kibishi is meditating right now, Mother. He said last night that he do 2 hours of meditating before sleeping and 2 hours after waking up." Hanabi said proudly.
"He truly is an exceptional child. Unlike someone I know who, at the age of five, was still drinking milk," Kirina playfully teased.
"MOM!! What if my son hears you," Hanabi
protested, feeling both embarrassed and amused.
An hour later, Kibishi concluded his meditation session and headed to the bathroom. After a few minutes, he emerged and found his mother and grandma setting the table. It appeared they were having a meal consisting of eggs, sausages, and mushroom soup for breakfast.
Kibishi approached his mother and grandmother, giving them both a warm hug. "Good morning, Mom and Grandma," he greeted. Hanabi and Kirina affectionately ruffled his hair in return.
They took their seats and began eating, engaging in conversation. "What kind of training do you have planned for today, Kibishi?" Hanabi inquired as she cleared the table.
"I'll do tree climbing, Mom. After that water walking, and then shurikenjutsu. But first, I'll be mastering a tree and water walking. After I finish mastering both, I'll do shurikenjutsu and light exercises." Kibishi spoke a little confusingly like a child and with a little mature attitude. He wanted to graduate early so this is the first step.
Hanabi and Kirina were taken aback by his focused approach. 'He possesses not only talent but also an impressive level of maturity for his age. Truly remarkable,' they both thought.
"So, after your two-hour meditation in the morning, light exercise, breakfast, and then shurikenjutsu. You'll repeat the cycle after lunch and dinner, with two hours of meditation before bed?" Hanabi clarified, to which Kibishi nodded.
Kirina chimed in, offering her advice. "Kibishi, don't push yourself too hard. Make sure to find time for yourself and play with other children. Enjoy your childhood because once you become a ninja, everything will change."
"Listen to your grandma, my dear. Cherish your childhood, make friends, and forge bonds. After lunch, we'll go to the park," Hanabi added.
Kibishi couldn't argue, so he nodded. "For now, I'll observe you during your tree-climbing practice," Hanabi decided.
'Mother is right. I should start building connections with the main characters so that even if I graduate early, they won't forget me,' Kibishi pondered. They walked to the backyard where the tree was located.
"Do you know what tree climbing is, Kibishi?" Hanabi asked.
"Tree climbing exercise is a chakra control training method. By focusing the chakra on the feet, one can adhere to tree trunks and ascend with controlled movements. It emphasizes balance, precision, and gradual progress, symbolizing the broader concept of chakra control," Kibishi responded before closing his book.
"So you were reading about it," Hanabi murmured. 'I thought he had memorized it. Even I don't know all the details about tree climbing,' she thought.
Kibishi extended his fingers fully, folding his thumb over his pinky and pressing it against the base of his pinky and ring finger. His index, middle, and ring fingers remained straight together, while his pinky and thumb stayed folded in.
"Good," Hanabi commented. 'My son executed the hand seal perfectly. He might be able to do it on his first try.'
"Ram seal," Kibishi muttered, feeling the chakra in his feet as he began walking towards the tree. 'Slow and steady. Once I get used to the feeling, I can increase my speed or even run on it. Although I haven't tried running on the wall yet.'
"Great, take it slow, Kibishi. Memorize the sensation, and soon you won't need to use the hand seal anymore," Hanabi encouraged from the sidelines.
'Even though he takes a step every five seconds, this is impressive. The current descendants of major clans aren't performing as well as my son,' Hanabi thought, filled with pride.
After a few minutes of focused effort, Kibishi reached the top of the tree. He found himself upside down on a branch. 'It's not as scary as I imagined. I wonder if there are ninjas who are afraid of heights. But it's not worth dwelling on right now.' Kibishi carefully descended.
"Congratulations, Kibishi," Hanabi exclaimed, rushing forward to hug him. "You did it on your first try. Now, try walking a bit faster." Kibishi followed her guidance.
They continued practicing until lunchtime, with Kibishi encountering some struggles and almost losing his balance a few times. However, he persevered and eventually managed to climb the tree without the need for a hand seal, moving naturally as if walking on the ground.
Done eating lunch, they changed their clothes. Kibishi wore a blue shirt with a Uchiha crest on his back. Blue shorts, blue sandals, with the same hairstyle as kid Kakashi.
Remembering what his mother told him. 'You're part of the Uchiha too, so you can wear it. I haven't washed your changed clothes yet that's why you're wearing them. That's also the gift from your aunt Mikoto and Uncle Fugaku.'
"Mom, me and Kibishi will go to the park for a while. Our Kibishi will be making friends." Hanabi said.
"Okay, be sure to be back for dinner," Kirina replied.
They went to the house and started walking. Leaving their compound after a few minutes. They walked passed by the famous Dokuyaiba Headquarters and hundreds of meters away is the famous hospital. After 20 minutes of walking, they reached the green scenery in front of them, the park.
Located near the heart of Konoha, a park revealed itself, as a gathering place for both ninjas and ordinary citizens alike.
'It's a sprawling area filled with lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and even a serene pond or two.' Kibishi was mesmerized by the beautiful scenery.
While mesmerized Hanabi said, "Kibishi do you know those kids over there? They're also from the main clans and notable clans, go play with them."
'That's Choji, Shikamaru, Kiba, Shino, and even Naruto. This is good timing, I'm worried that they're not here and would just waste my time. Looks like I'm wrong.' Kibishi thought.
'They're playing tag. I'll approach them after Naruto finishes capturing them all.' After a minute, Naruto finally caught them all. Kibishi started walking towards them.
Naruto saw Kibishi, "Oy!! Kibishi, come here!!" Naruto shouted while waving his hands. All 4 look at Kibishi.
"Hello, Naruto. Didn't know you'd be here." Kibsihi ran and replied.
"We're playing. Would you like to join?" Naruto asked. The 4 started talking to each other, trying to guess who Kibishi was.
"Who is he?" Choji was the first to ask Naruto.
"Oh. Let's introduce ourselves." Naruto replied.
"I'm Naruto Uzumaki. The future Hokage." Naruto said.
"In your dreams, Naruto. I'm Kiba Inuzuka, from the Inuza clan." Kiba said while he and Naruto glared at each other.
'Oh. It's just normal in the anime. They like battering each other.' Kibishi thought.
"I'm Shino from the Aburame clan." Shino introduced while.
'His atmosphere is forgettable.' Kibishi thought.
"I'm Choji from the Akimichi clan." He said as he munched on potato chips.
'Where did he even get that.' Kibishi thought.
Choji noticed Shikamaru didn't still introduce himself and budge him.
"Mendukose." Shikamaru mumbled. "I'm Shikamaru from the Nara clan."
'He really is lazy even when speaking.' Kibishi thought.
"I'm Kibishi from the Senju Clan." He introduced himself.
All four have a shocked face. Making Naruto curious, "What's shocking?'
"Don't you know what the Senju clan is?" Kiba asked and Naruto shook his head. "His the same family as the First and Second Hokage."
Naruto tilted his head, "Are there any other Hokage besides the Hokage?" Naruto asked.
"Hahahaha," Kibishi laughed really hard, making Naruto confused again.
The other four could only sigh.
