Chapter 17: Sukuna(2)
A pillar of raging black thunder roared towards the sky signifying the end of the world. What emerged from that red mass was not human nor a curse but an entirely new breed of monster. It possessed four great bulking arms all disfigured and deformed but quite powerful. It grew a second head with no eyes or mouth but still, struck fear into those that looked its way, and finally, it possessed a giant mouth that stretched across its torso.
It looked around its surroundings, taking in its first view of the world after being reborn anew. This man was Dr. Mozu, a former scientist and now the new demon king.
[Mozu] "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I HAVE DONE IT. I HAVE BECOME A BEING LIKE NO OTHER. A TRUE GOD, WORSHIP ME MORTALS. I WILL FIRST START BY KILLING YOU, THEN I WILL EXACT MY REVENGE ON THAT DAMN POWER PLANT."
Kladd screamed in betrayal. He had been reduced to a pathetic state now seeing that he had been forsaken by the god he once worshipped. His head would then drop from his body by an almost invisible slashing attack.
Akumu without wasting a second fired a piercing black attack at Mozu which he easily blocked. He quickly flies down towards Akumu to deliver a gut-destroying punch sending him crashing through several trees destroying both of his arms and knocking him unconscious. Yukiko and Ken Shout his name while Taori quickly jumps in to attack in his place.
[Taori] Extension Technique: Overlay
By using her clone on top of her herself by using the same move she can enhance the damage she deals while defending herself with a layer of armor.
As she aims for Mozus' Neck he immediately catches the white sword between his fingertips.
[Mozu] Pathetic
With his upper right arm, he grabs ahold of her weapon arm and smacks her body into the ground destroying her wrist. While he does this multiple arrows of wind crash into his skull. However, he heals faster than the amount of damage they can do. He slowly walks towards the frightened Yukiko, holding her in place with just sheer willpower.
Yukiko shouted at the man while throwing basic blades of wind at her, "KEEP AWAY FROM ME".
That was when Hagone teleports in front of him and turns him into a single frame with his projection sorcerer. Ken uses this opportunity to use a black flash in Mozu sending him flying deep into the forest.
[Hagone] Sorry I'm late the second we finished up I ran here as quickly as I could. I healed Ken and Taori to the best of my abilities. Where is Akumu?
But before he could receive an answer multiple tree logs began raining from the sky. The four went off in different directions to try and avoid them.
Mozu clashes with Ken in combat first. Ken blocks the first left hook attack but is immediately barraged by three more fists that send him flying back. Yukiko fires three more arrows of wind that curve around a tree hitting him but dealing no damage.
Mozu responds by sending an invisible slashing attack that splits the tree she is hiding behind in half however, she remained unaffected thanks to Hagone quickly saving her.
Taori jumps up from above Mozu and using her overlay technique she lands a heavy attack which Mozu blocks destroying the ground under him. Mozu attempts to respond with a cleave but is then surprised from behind by Hagone who suddenly turns him into a single frame. Taori using the opportunity to attack strikes Mozu with impalement successfully slashing his heart and neck.
The now-freed Mozu instantly opened a simple domain to counter-attack the two sending them flying. Mozu then charges toward Hagone stating,
"You're too annoying you little rat. Your speed is the only thing keeping the fight going."
He launches a dismantle attack at Hagone who barely dodges it at the cost of his arm. Surprisingly it then explodes clouding Mozus'view. Mozu then thinks to himself,
"A binding vow to make his missing limb explode? He adapts quickly."
A giant blast of wind kicks Mozu off his feet sending him flying towards Ken who musters up another Black flash into his face. When he finally does manage to regain his bearings Hagone once again turns Mozu into another frame.
Taori this time cuts away both of his limbs and Ken launches another Black flash at the still-stunned Mozu.
[Mozu] So you guys are gonna keep freezing and attacking me until I run out of cursed energy? Unfortunately, you guys don't seem to understand how powerful I am right now.
Sensing danger Ken immediately screams at everyone to open up their simple domains. 4 horrifying words followed by handle symbols then emerge from the impressed Mozu.
"Domain Expansion: Four-Fold Essence Factory"
A massive industrial building appeared behind him. Thick black smoke emitted from the mazes of pipes that burst outside it. If you listened closely you could hear the screams of people inside.
It cleaved and tore apart everything inside until it eventually attacked his opposition.
Akumu slowly woke back up to reality only to be greeted by an apocalyptic sight. A small section of the forest they were in had been completely erased from the map. Even the mountain had a large section of itself removed from where it rested. But what broke him completely was the state of his friends.
Before him, 2 pairs of men and women lay on the ground with their legs missing. Ken who was barely clinging to life slowly dragged himself to the 2 headed demon who stood before them.
[Ken] I will beat the shit out of you...
The figure however simply kicks him aside and tells him to die slowly while he is being nice. He takes note of Akumu finally waking back up and speaks,
"The sleeping beauty woke up at long last. That couldn't have been all you had right? Come on entertain me some more, I need to test out some new abilities."
Akumu who just glares at the man with shell-shocked eyes stares at him quietly. His world then suddenly turned black, the only other presence in that darkness was his shadow who had returned to torment him once again.
"Didn't I warn you last time? I told you he was coming."
Akumu just looked at him and responded, "I was too weak again. I thought that I had gotten a little stronger but I was completely wrong."
[The Shadow] This place reflects your state of mind ya know? When it's white it means you are at peace, but when it turns black then you're in distress.
[Akumu] What are you getting at?
[The Shadow] I already told you once before. You are me. I desire to save them too, if you swap with me I will make sure to help them, unlike that time with our parents.
The broken Akumu looks up at himself once more. Being left with no other options he had no choice but to surrender control to that darkness.
[Akumu] Form a Binding vow with me, I will give you control however when you kill that guy... you will have to return to this place once more.
The shadow agreeing to the terms lays on his back and closed his eyes. The dark world slowly devoured Akumu until nothing was truly left.
back in the real world
[Mozu] So you're just gonna keep staring at me like a wimp? Garbage like you needs to be cleaned.
Mozu promptly cuts off Akumus' head with his dismantle. He faces his back towards him and begins to leave to cause chaos elsewhere.
Unexpectedly the dead corpse speaks while rising back up,
[???] Finally, I get a turn.

Redist_King For people who may be confused about Mozu. He isn't Sukuna but the cursed tool he created gives him access to his CT and CE without being taken over or killed by the poison. He is only as strong as one finger sukuna. He is still stronger than the average finger bearer.
