Chapter 46: Battle of the Strong
"What is that guy talking about?", Akumu asked Haoran.
He asked akumu, "Do you believe in god? or even gods?"
"What does this have to do with anything.", he shouted.
Haoran struggled to stand back up, but as he did his cursed energy began to overflow once more. He then spoke,
"Cursed Technique Release: Heavenly Descension."
A pillar of powerful golden cursed energy enveloped him, sending out shockwaves through the earth. The overwhelming force could even be felt by the audience who should have been miles away from them. As the light finally died down it revealed Haoran, who was now fully healed as well as even stronger than before.
His once orange hair had transformed into a pale yellow colour, while a floating gold headband circled his forehead. His once black eyes now had a red and orange glow to them. Additionally, his short hair was more grown than before, as it now even reached the back of his hands.
Haoran then began to speak, "After 5 long years, he finally used this technique again. You will be the first person I play with."
This thing was no longer Haoran, It was something else, and it was incredibly powerful. It would be fair to say that this thing was as strong as Gojo Owari himself.
The still weakened Akumu quickly drew up his simple domain: New shadow style, to try and restrain him. But for the second time since Senjuro, he easily broke through it. The entity then teleporting behind Akumu, delivers a powerful kick to his side, sending him flying through multiple rock formations.
The entity then asked him, "Is that all? I sense more powerful people outside this place, perhaps they can give me more of a challenge."
Cursed spirits are born from the fermented negative emotions of humans, but what happens if those emotions are directed not at them but at imaginary begins? Buddha, Jesus, and even the almighty god. Everyone out there has negative emotions for them, whether it be fear, hatred, or even love. 2,500 years ago during a time before even the Heian era the so-called 'peak' of Jujutsu Sorcerey the first Sorcerer banished those Gods, to an alternate plane of existence preventing them from being born on earth, However, Haorans' innate Technique allows for one of those deities to manifest and take over his body for 10 minutes. In return, they bring with them a small portion of their power. The Deity that does descend, however, is decided by his compatibility with them. In order to manifest a specific God Haoran must already embody some of their characteristics such as: a Weapon of choice and even their personality. The Current God that possessed Haoran was known as Sun Wukong, The Monkey King.
"Strike thunderbolt!"
An even greater thunderbolt way stronger than the one that Haoran used, annihilated the area, that he kicked Akumu into.
"HE KILLED HIM, WE HAVE TO STOP BEFORE IT TOO LATE.", Ken shouted.
The audience began to panic, they all knew that he had gone berserk. Katerina tried to calm everyone down as she attempted to force her authority onto him by shouting,
"Submit."
The monkey king simply wondered if something hand scratched his back, as he felt an odd sensation. Her authority had no effect on the manifested God.
Meanwhile on Akumus' end
His body was burned broken and destroyed. His heart had long stopped beating within the first kick that the entity had delivered to him. Akumu was already dead.
Yet he still woke up in that white void. As stood up he saw his Shadow once again standing before him. Akumu asked, "What do you want now?"
"What do you think?", he replied.
But Akumu simply said, "My body is already dead. There is nothing left for you to return to."
The shadow then spoke, "Are you sure about that? Ever since that fight with the prophet, I have recently discovered some things about myself you see. When your body reaches a state close to, or even at death itself, I can take over your body without your permission."
In the real world, another wave of cursed energy rivalling the monkey kings could be felt from a distance. Then arising from the ashes emerged Akumu, In all his glory, fully healed.
Akumu stated, "Wow, you really did a number on my vessel. You must be quite powerful huh?"
The monkey king then noticing his presence shouted at him, "I expected that person to be hiding something, but it turned out he was holding back a demi-god this whole time?"
The bracelet that Akumu wore began to glow brightly, weakening his hold on the body.
"It appears that we're both on time limits, I will beat you quickly and then retrieve the other part of myself outside here."
The two quickly dashed towards each other and then clashed fists sending another shockwave through the land. The two then clashed their legs before releasing a barrage of strikes that they each parried respectively. Then suddenly a bright white light spawns in front of Sun Wukong that explodes, sending him flying away.
He quickly recovered by getting on his nimbus cloud and flew towards him once again.
Akumu sighed while struggling to remove the bracelet, "That attack should have blown his head off but it only caused some bleeding? This bracelet is weakening my power to 25% of my usual."
Once the king reached him once again, Akumu grew two black wings from his back and quickly avoided his advances. He tried to cut off his right arm, only for a strange sense of fear to take hold of him.
"Tch", he said angrily.
Sun Wukong then returned for a second try and eagerly threw a right jab at Akumu which he struggled to catch. Akumu then summoned one of the Titans' arms and slapped him into the ocean.
By using a binding vow to suppress his innate technique, Akumu was able to bring back his Cursed energy output from 25% to 50%.
A long gold and red pillar then stretched out from the ocean pushing Akumu all the way towards the sky. The Monkey King recovered his lost weapon and prepared to finish the man off.
"Imperial pole art: Heavenly Dragon."
A giant dragon greater in size than whatever Haoran used before then emerged from the ocean and devoured Akumu. The blast of Cursed Energy collided with an invisible force in the sky. Sun Wukong then, ran up against the giant Bō staff and delivered a flying kick to Akumu, destroying the invisible barrier while sending the two into what seemed to be an empty void.
As the two fell in the space for a bit, Sun Wukong attempted to fly away on his nimbus cloud but then manifesting a giant arm, Akumu grabbed onto him while shouting, "Where do you think you're going?"
He threw Wukong at the empty space, which shattered revealing the giant hill-like city from the, My Princess game.
Panicking Leonie screamed while grabbing onto Frosty's whip, "They are going to destroy the empty barriers, that you set up. Someone needs to stop them before we get another Owari Incident."
He simply said sarcastically, "If there is nothing that even Katerina could do, what do you think a Snowman like me could do?"
As Haoran recovered while shaking his head, two pairs of giant feet crashed on top of him, destroying a couple of the nearby buildings. Akumu manifested his black titan ability.
But then a giant cloud spawned under his feet, causing the titan to slip, allowing him to escape.
As the Black Titan recovered, he clasped both of his arms together while shouting,
"PIERCING BLACK"
Instead of simply aiming and firing the attack, he used it to slash away at the mountain-like city, instantly cleaving it all in half.
