Chapter 83: Shivering hearts, chilly offers

"Maybe you did not understand it the first time," Ari looked at the super annoying smile on Noah's face. He was looking at her as if he could fix everything, like he was some grand wizard who just needed to mutter a spell and everything would get better. 

He couldn't. There was no way Ari would ever forget or forgive the things that he did to her. He must be dreaming if he thought that he could still set everything right. Not after what he had done. 

She looked at him with her fingers clenched tightly and stated, "I walked away from you because I would rather not talk to you." Ari couldn't understand why this man was chasing after her, and why now? It was too late for him to even make anything right.
