Chapter 15: Chapter 13: Beginning of the destruction of the northern gangbuk and Dahyeon Kim's thoughts

Author's POV
After his phone chat with Dahyeon Kim, Hanju began heading north in an effort to prepare for the Vivi Club events.
'Time to get rid of Yun Jo and take his cards' thought Hanju as he headed north without his usual hoodie from a month ago but with this Tom Lee interview outfit.
At first, when Hanju had discovered that the AI could copy card abilities using the unknown energy within him, which he now named mana for convenience.
Hanju had decided to copy Suhyeon Kim's card abilities to make himself stronger faster and for this he even offered to help him train often to push him to use them in front of him.
But there was a small problem with his plan that was unavoidable.
"Suhyeon Kim's current cards don't suit me for the most part and he hasn't gotten the mana drain card yet" he thinks with a sigh as he takes a taxi.
Although Suhyeon Kim's cards do not suit him, he still copied his Healing Bean which could be useful in delicate situations.
But the card he considers the most useful is undoubtedly "Tooling" by Hyeondong Lee. This ability has made him extremely dangerous when he combines it with his knowledge of Kali obtained from the internet.
"For the moment, I have not found a correct master in the handling of weapons but that does not matter since I can progress in fighting" he concluded mentally upon arriving at his prey.
"It's been a long time gangbuk North, I'm coming for you Yun Jo" he said playfully with a smile on his lips but greed visible in his eyes.

"I expected better from you guys" Hanju said as he crushed the face of the person who informed him to be one of Jintae Heo's subordinates and observed the delinquents on the ground.
"This idiot named Jintae Heo should be number 11 in the North's gangbuk" he thinks with contempt for the man.
"I have to obtain the abilities of the mana drain card and for that I have to force that crazy Yun Jo to come out of his hiding place or I have to sneak into his house" he concluded, making his decision.
"You there, show me where your boss lives," he said, picking up a metal bat from the ground.
"Or believe me, you will be in pain, I would even say more, you will be in great pain" he said as he approached the unfortunate delinquent who after a "peaceful" discussion indicated the way towards Yun Jo.
"So this is the building where your boss lives?" he asked with skepticism clearly clear in his voice.
"Yes, it is and if it's the lack of many guards that makes you doubt, know that normally no one is crazy enough to attack this place. » he said quickly to try and clear up any doubt.
"I see" he said simply before knocking him out and hiding him in a trash can like previously nearby.
"I think I don't need to use this thing anymore for now" he said mentally while putting his mask in his pocket since tonight there will surely be more gangbuk north.
Hanju walks straight towards a door in a natural way towards the small group of delinquents guarding the entrance to the building on the alley.
"I am here for the next shift " he says naturally as if he were speaking to friends.
"Finally you arrive but wait a minute, I've never seen you..." unfortunately for him, he ended up with a metal bat smashing his head.
"Go alert the others, there's…" they didn't have time to organize themselves since Hanju attacked brutally and quickly.
"I should have questioned them" he thinks once inside the building, specifically at the stairs.
Although he didn't know what floor Yun Jo was on, he was sure of one thing about classic villains like him.
"Idiots like Yun Jo like to be high up to satisfy their huge egos and be above others. So I should look towards the top floors" he concluded mentally as he slipped to take the elevator.
"My good Hanju, I never thought I would see you again here" echoed a voice from the other end of the corridor from Hanju's elevator exit.
Listening to it, Hanju had vivid memories and emotions that resurfaced within him. Without even thinking too much he responded instinctively and naturally.
"Daniel…" he says as a tense atmosphere settles in the corridor between the two men.
"Glad you can pronounce my name like old times," he said with a slight smile.
"But can you explain to me why you're coming here uninvited??" he said, coming towards him calmly with one hand in his pockets.
"What a stupid question Daniel, I thought you were smarter than that" Hanju provoked by approaching him with his metal bat on his shoulder.
"And just to know, don't you have a fire?" he asks, putting a cigarette to his lips.
Author's POV (at Dahyeon Kim)
"And he hung up on you?" she said in a surprised voice to Dahyeon Kim.
"Yes, and he didn't give me time to express myself properly," she explains, pursing her lips, frustrated.
"What an asshole, I really don't understand why you go to all this trouble for a guy like him" says a voice that sounds angry on the phone.
She is Yoo Jinhee, one of Dahyeon Kim's two best friends with Soha Yang her childhood friend who unfortunately could not answer her phone call this evening.
"It's just that he has something different, I don't know how to describe it," she says, frustrated and confused by her inability to explain why she is attracted to him.
Since the party organized at her friends' house, she and Hanju haven't really been able to develop their relationship. The fact that he hardly came to class since the party didn't help.
"You told me the other day that he trains your brother often, right? But why when it's you, Hanju suddenly doesn't have time anymore" she said, clearly suspicious about the behavior of her friend's crush.
"I know he's handsome, tall, strong and he has a hairstyle..." Yoo Jinhee spoke at first, furious, but towards the end her voice softened.
"Yoo Jinhee?" You're talking about my future boyfriend there" Dahyeon Kim said with a frown on the phone in an icy voice.
" Oh ! Sorry... I have to leave you, my mother is calling me.." she hung up quickly.
'Nowadays, I really can't trust anyone except Soha Yang and Hanju' she thought, slightly unhappy with her friend who is usually reliable but when the subject is Hanju, she is no longer the same.
"I should be wary of her, just in case," she concluded.

Author's note: This is a chapter with fewer than 200 words than usual, but writing more would risk spoiling the atmosphere established in this chapter.
(And there is the fact that I wrote or rewrote too much today 😓)
