10,000 meter underwater , a boy wearing a karatee uniform can be seen vigorously punching a metal block with such strength that his hands were bleeding but the boy didn't showed any sign of pain and continued punching the block.

It happened 2 months ago, as Cetus was training as usal 4 adult fishman came to provoke him being led an octopus fishman for being odd individual.
Cetus didn't hold back and start to beat them using fishman karatee. He knew that giving initiative to your enemy was a foolish thing so he attacked first using his small body to pass through three fishman and attack the octopus leader to his head .
Octopus leader taken aback by cetus's decisiveness couldn't block and got karatee punch directly to his face turning him unconcious.
Seeing the leader out cold others didn't hesitate to fight back circling around cetus and attacking him from different direction.
Cetus maintained calm mind while dodging incoming attack he counter attacked with his fist hitting them in their leg , stomach and their face easily winning the fight.
This matter was found out by other fishmens in the dojo which elicited other fishmen to challange him for a fight just to get beaten badly.

Soon they reached Cetus's home which made them part ways.
Cetus's family was a decent family who live in middle water underwater area where sunlight didn't shine much .
Cetus opened the door and entered inside his parents were already home as it was already late at night.

Cetus's mother Nika was a mermaid with long green hair with small face and slim body while his father Pisaro was a fishman with paculiar sharp haircut with muscular body .

It was the reason why some fishman and merfolk discriminated against him as he would look just like human if he turned his tails to legs having blue hair with small but atheletic build many fishman and morfolk thought of him as an odd individual.
But it didn't last for long as they were a united race and under the intervention of King Neptune many people began accepting Cetus as one of them.
Cetus was not only unique as he could switch between legs and tail but also due to his immense strength as he could through huge bolder at the age of two.
Due to his legs ,he could join fishman dojo to train fishman karatee where some admired and some discriminated against him.
But he also got a red fishman friend Ron who genuinely cared for him which made him happy.
He learned from the master of the dojo Bakuu who tought him..
Fishman karatee is a special karatee which was created long ago by fish people as it is very powerful .
It can turn water molicules which possess in air to vibrate and lunch like shock wave to attack your body not just from outside but also from inside.
Shocked cetus asked won't that make us invincible master Baku?
It can and can't do that cetus as fishman karatee is not very difficult to start but extremly difficult to master but if you can master it then not many people in sea can compare with you.
Cetus i have lived for long time roamed the world as a pirate but never met someone as talented as you , i believe you can be the strongest in the sea with your talent and hardwork.
