Chapter 151: Was He…Maybe Related to Caesar?

It's been over two months, and by now, Adeline had properly settled down in Italy. She'd gotten to meet lots of people, some even with Sokolov's help. The man had gone to any length for her, and at some point, she began to wonder if it really was only because he made a promise to her father to keep her safe. 

Sighing, Adeline slipped her feet into her heels and sprayed a bit of perfume all over herself. She was swathed in a dark blue outfit, perfectly tailored pants, and a well-pressed suit jacket that fit her body so well. Her heels were black, complimenting her bag. 

She had a very important meeting with someone, and looking at her wristwatch, she was already a tad bit late. It was ten thirty a.m. in the morning, and she should have been there the moment it clocked ten. 

Grimacing, she turned around to leave but came to a halt, recalling that she was forgetting something.
