Chapter 7: Aftermath

He opened the door as it slid open. There, eight people were leaning against the wall, and two MTF's talking to each other. There was a tall man with a very strange looking sword.

The edges of his sword were shaped differently, as if they were meant to kill off someone fast, or worse, deal a very horrible wound.

The child that pulled the boxes away from Hassu was there. She was short, and about the age of 15. This is SCP-105, also known as Iris Thompson.

"Lieutenant!" One of his men from Delta-4 straightened up and saluted.

The rest followed after except Abel who was in the back. The lieutenant just ignored it and spoke;

"SCP-7000, has not attempted to escape. And most likely won't even if we try."

"Does this mean we're free now?" Asked Iris.

"Yes. Feel free to go back to your place. We'll contact you once something's up with the SCP."

Delta-4 squad and Omega-7 left, when they were walking in the hallways when they heard SCP-072-2 mumble something. But the Delta-4 couldn't hear it at the back other than the ones at the front which was Iris and their crew.

"Waste of time. I wanted a fight." Said Abel in an aggressive tone.

All of them didn't know what to say, Delta-4 squad had been warned not to provoke or speak regarding about Abel's opinion or sayings of conflict. And Omega-7 was stressing out. Abel was starting to get impatient even before they were told to stay here.

...

Hassu roamed around the containment cell, he couldn't sleep even when he tried to. Sometimes he'd test his strength by pinching the walls, they dented a little and had a scratch. He wanted to tell this to scientist but they weren't there.

'Are they going to sleep? What in the hell.' he thought.

For the next few hours 'The Lich' just roamed and jumped sometimes, and even touching the ceiling.

Soon he heard the door open which made him happy. Someone was wearing a hazmat outfit and made him confused.

Soon the intercome sounded once again, but this time it wasn't a woman's voice. He turned to look at the speaker and then the window. There was only one shadow.

"SCP-7000, we want to get a sample from your skin and muscle." Said the man in the speaker.

The Lich just stood there, and when the Hazmat guy approached him, he was signaling for him to bend down.

"Oh, my apologies." Said Hassu as he knelt down with his knee.

The hazmat guy took a out a tweezer and a small plastic bag. He watched at the Hazmat guy shook.

'what the hell? Am I that scary? Why is he shaking.' he thought.

The tweezers plucked off a part of dead skin from his mouth, and out it inside the bag. He shoved it in his pocket and took out another one.

The hazmat guy stared at the eyes of The Lich, it's green dots eyes flowing from it's empty sockets was getting to him. And the perpetual grin, Which Hassu wasn't aware he was grinning, was making him reluctant to peer off another one.

The scientist noticed this and told him to pick off the dead muscle from his mouth. He did so and finally they were done. The hazmat guy left feeling relief.

"We'll be starting another test in an hour, is there anything you'd like to speak?"

'finally!' he thought.

"Then in that case, I'd like a book to read. Any fictional books are fine. It's getting extremely boring." He said.

"Very well, I'll file the request to my Superiors, it'll take a while for the books to arrive."

"That's fine by me."

....

[SCP-7000 "The Lich", Test logs.]

"We'd like to see you use your ability, the ones you used last time against the chaos."

Said the scientist, as he looked at his monitor with words that read "Hume levels"

His eyes was jumping from the monitor to the containment cell.

The Hume levels were rising on his monitor at an extremely fast rate now.

"Stop."

The entire sorroundings became black, the window, and monitor and the space the room they were in was gone. He couldn't move, and neither the D-class that was looking terrified. The Scientist was shocked. Soon everything became normal as the night-like plane disappeared.

"What the hell was that!" Yelled the D-class as he stepped back and banged on the door. Begging to be let out. He was afraid.

"D-class 8757, remain calm or I will terminate you." Said a cold voice through the speaker.

The D-class eventually calmed down as he just hugged the door. The Lich didn't even move from his position and just stared at him. It was creepy.

"Is that everything, SCP-7000? Can your words do any more results?" Said the scientist.

"Depending on what type of word I used it has different effects. If I had said, fall, you would have collapsed along with the D-class." The Lich Replied.

The scientist just remained silent and wrote something on his paper. Then he spoke again.

"Thank you for your cooperation, that will be it. Your books will be delivered."

With that, the door slowly opened as the D-class got out in a hurry. 'Rude. I didn't even hurt you, what an ungrateful person.'

A guard entered and brought two books with him and placed it Infront of The Lich, he was happy he finally got something to pass time.

The guard left as the door closed.

...

"Doctor Eliza, I think we got everything we need from its abilities, unless you want to test out his necromancy abilities." The scientist that was testing SCP-7000 was inside the site-17's most coldest researchers office.

She leaned back after pausing to type from her computer.

"No, that'll be it. The foundation grants the SCP Class 4 previliges."

The scientist's eyes widened in surprised. That was just too high, even for a newly contained SCP that had very dangerous abilities.

The reason why the scientist was surprised is because Class 4 Previliges were allowed to leave their cell and head to the cafeteria. As well amenity access. Which basically meant he could roam in certain public areas such as gym or training ground.

Class 3 privileges was good, but didn't have cafeteria access and limited amenity only. It could only go out certain hours.

Class 2 previliges were limited to dietary food options and wouldn't even be able to get out their containment cell.

Class 1 previliges was even worse, it was basically prison and is considered hostile towards foundation staff. They were only limited to the options of what the SCP foundation chose for them to eat.

The higher the SCP's class previliges are, the more trustworthy they are in the foundations eyes and to it's staff.

"Isn't that too high, Doctor Eliza? It's abilities could potentially danger the site, and worse cause multiple breaches. He said.

"The psychologist that was examining the SCP is our second top psychologist. In his reports he stated the SCP has a calm and human like reasoning. It had the traits of human curiosity and whatnot." Then she added, "Of course it'll be escorted with two M-T-F's."

The office Eliza had was very small, and the scientist could feel her breath down on him.

"I guess that's understandable. Thank you doctor, I'll be heading out."

The scientist closed the door as Eliza began typing on her computer once again, finishing a document before she was interrupted.

"SCP-6000 should be..."

Authors note: Hello everyone, the class previliges did not come from me. It's from a memory I remembered when reading the wiki, though it's horribly summarized. I'll try to post 3 chapters per day, and I know this has been a bore-fest since I didn't put any action yet. We're close to it, I'm just giving time for Our Wonderful Lich Hassu to get to know everything and it's background. Anyway enjoy!
