Region Number 23, Near Bloodfiend Stream
Huang Ling looked at Li Yuxong and asked in a puzzled manner. "What happened to him?"
Li Yuxong explained to her. "His soul is injured and somehow his Spiritual Imprint is damaged. Now, he can't use Spiritual Imprint, and can't even sense his own soul!"
Huang Ling's face turned serious. She said. "Damaged Spiritual Imprint is not easy to heal."
Li Yuxong was surprised and looked at her with a hint of excitement. "Do you happen to know how to cure it? Is there a way to get his Spiritual Imprint back?"
Huang Ling looked at Li Yuxong and said deeply. "There is only one way I know. But it is not easy even for kings."
Li Yuxong was immediately moved and asked in excitement. "Can you tell me the method?"
Huang Ling nodded but still warned. "It is not easy. Listen carefully, first, forcefully remove the damaged Spiritual Imprint and heal the damaged soul. Then use Heaven and Earth treasures to allow him to sense his soul!"

Huang Ling looked at them and suddenly said. "I know of a place, it is in region 9. I felt some danger while going there, so didn't tried much into it. But I can feel it, there might be some treasure related to Souls. We can start by searching for that. Currently all three of us need Soul type resources. My Soul is still rank 5 peak, and I have to advance in order to match with my Warrior Cultivation. Yuxong also just reached rank 4 Warrior, and he needs to advance his soul, and Ren Ying also needs to try his luck. There are many treasures that can temporarily resolve his situation."
Ren Ying looked at her and asked. "Are you an Alchemist?"
Huang Ling looked at him and nodded. "Grade 5 peak, and now I might reach Grade 6, once I upgrade my soul cultivation."
Ren Ying looked at her deeply and nodded.
Huang Ling then looked at the two and said. "We will start this evening, be prepared."
Li Yuxong at this time checked the map and confirmed with a surprise. "Is it really region 9? Are you sure?"
This whole small world covers around a million miles, so even travelling from one side to other can take months of time! Region 9 is located few hundred miles away from Shadow Phoenix faction. To reach there, they have to take a detour, avoiding Thunder Peak faction which is at right most part of the bottom of the map and then circling around the center point of small world to reach the upper part of the map, where Shadow Phoenix sect is at the left most part. They don't have to go as far as Shadow Phoenix faction, but even before that they would reach region 9.
Regions 1-10 lies between Shadow Phoenix faction and Thunder Peak faction.
Region 9 is around 700,000 miles from Region 23, and they would take around 6-7 months to reach there, if they move continuously. But, a person often gets exhausted even if they are Warriors. There are many downstream from center to peripheries. But there is none, that can help them reach Region 9 from center, and even they are too far away from central region!
Huang Ling looked at Li Yuxong and then took out one of her Space Ring, and murmured. 'Come out!'
Suddenly, a huge 20 feet Beast appeared in front of them!
Li Yuxong said in surprise. "You are also a beastmaster?"
Huang Ling denied. "I am not a beastmaster, but my master gifted this Whirlwind Eagle to me when I was coming for the inheritance as my protector. It has a battle strength of rank 6 peak and is also able to fly longer distance with an ease! With this, we can shorten our journey to 1 months!"
Li Yuxong was surprised and realised immediately. "If we move through land, we have to take many detours, since this is forest region with many obstacles. But, if we move through wind path, this distance is shortened to around 150 thousand miles!"
Huang Ling nodded.
In the evening, they all packed up and started on the journey. It was a first time experience for Li Yuxong for journey through air.
The Eagle made a loud screech and took off, Huang Ling was at the front, followed by Li Yuxong and Ren Ying.
Li Yuxong subconsciously grabbed her waist, due to sudden loss of balance. Ren Ying lie on the Eagle's back, thus avoiding any balancing issues.
18 days later, above Region 7
On their journey, they suddenly encountered another rank 6 mid stage beast. It was Cloud Serpent, known for hiding within the clouds, and attacking deviously.
Due to the sudden sneak attack, the Whirlwind Eagle was seriously injured, and started falling down. Huang Ling immediately took control of it, and helped Li Yuxong and Ren Ying to remain on it's back and not fall down.
As the Eagle started to come down on the land, the Cloud Serpent launched another attack. Whirlwind Eagle was already injured, and it was also carrying burdens, and thus it was unable to attack at the moment. It immediately fell into dilemma.
Huang Ling patted it's head, calming it down, and looked at the Serpent with raging eyes.
She shouted. "Spiritual Imprint: Divine Phoenix"
A huge red colored shadow appeared behind her with a very heavy imposing aura that immediately suppressed the Serpent.
The Cloud Serpent immediately sensed the danger and wanted to escape, but Huang Ling didn't allow that. "If you attack, then you should be ready to be attacked."
"Infernal beam"
A blue coloured beam appeared from the shadow, and it burnt down the Cloud Serpent to ashes, not even leaving it's core!
Ren Ying eyes deepened. 'At least rank 6 peak battle prowess. This should be legendary Phoenix. From when did such battle strength became so easy to find?'
In fact, Huang Ling is just an exception. The level of talent she possess can be counted in fingers in the whole Divine Spirit Continent!
Soon, the Eagle landed. Huang Ling took it back and looked at Ren Ying with her deep eyes and said coldly.
"If this ever goes out, I will make sure you die a terrible death."
Li Yuxong defended Ren Ying immediately. "You don't have to worry, he is not that kind of person. I think you should have already known by now."
Huang Ling looked at Li Yuxong and didn't speak anymore.
Ren Ying looked around and said cautiously. "It's better to camp here for tonight. When the Eagle recovers, we can restart our journey."
Huang Ling looked at him and said heavily. "We will go on our own from now on. It is injured, and we can no longer travel with it. Anyway, we have already by passed all the detours we had to take, and it's not much further. We would reach our destination within a month."
Ren Ying nodded and thought inwardly. 'Why is she talking to me so grudgingly? Did she realized?'
At that moment, few Rank 5 and Rank 4 Warriors surrounded them. They were from Spirit Dragon faction.
Huang Ling looked at Ren Ying and asked deeply. "Was it you? It was your idea to go through Region 7!"
Li Yuxong looked at Huang Ling and frowned. He put Ren Ying behind him and confronted her. "You don't have to be so suspicious. I told you we have travelled together for a long time, and I know brother Ren very well. And, before blaming him, we have to first figure out how to deal with them."
Huang Ling looked at Li Yuxong and just as she was about to speak, a black knife pierced Li Yuxong from the back, catching him off guard!
Li Yuxong looked back at Ren Ying and said with shocked face and quivering lips. "W-why?"
