Chapter 2: EXPERIMENTALS
Throughout the ride I was restless, I can't just stop thinking of what might happen to her, she is the only family that I have. When we entered her room, there was someone lying there on the bed. I almost panicked but the sound of the machine calmed me down. Its continuous beeping fills me with hope.
"What is that?" I asked, pointing at a large machine, three times the size of a hospital bed.
"That a life-support machine"
"Is it supposed to be that big and where's megumim?"
"She is inside"
"Can I go and see her?"
"She just came back from the operation..." Without listening, I ran to the girl in the room, only to find out that it wasn't her.
"She isn't here. Where is she?" I asked fearfully. She pointed out a space which had been covered with a curtain, I walked there slowly expecting the worst, but to my surprise, she was doing fine, except for the hair lost which I know she's going to be furious, and the stitches on her head, stomach and leg with several other scars which I know will fade over time. "She looked fine, so why would she need a life-support machine?"
"To revitalize her"
"Revitalize??!!!!, What do you mean by revitalize?" I walked out of the room and looked at her straight in the face. "Answer me please!!"
" When Supernaturals use their power, we use special energy called chakra, but what do you think Experimentals use?" She sat down on a bench and told her daughter to excuse us before she continued. "Experimentals use their life force for their ability"
"Wait!, I don't understand, you're talking too fast. I don't get it"
"Researchers couldn't comprehend how we use our powers and just get exhausted for a while, and after we're able to continue"
"So tell me how?"
"Simple, Supernaturals have the ability to absorb chakra from the air. If you are taught well, you know that humans breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide, then plants do it the other way round, the same with chakra. But Experimentals uses their life force and restore their energy with a Supernatural, that's why most Experimentals uses hand-to-hand combat. She was forced to use her ability again and again which drain her life force energy and even now, she is still using her chakra, something tells me she's the one keeping up the barrier at the lab"
"No!!!, Megimin will never do anything like that, she can't keep us lock in and still wanted us to escape" I held her shirt and pull her closer to me "megimin will never do something like that, and I can't let you keep accusing her of what she didn't do"
"Let go of me, pervert" she yelled shyly and pushed my hand away. "You are just thirteen, and you're already making moves on women"
"Ugh...no, no, no" I rejected "I didn't mean to... Sorry. I am sorry that I lost my temper"
"It's okay, besides she might be doing it without her own knowledge, because even now, I can sense her using chakra"
"Let's just forget about it, I forgot to ask the name of the lady who saved us, please what's your name?"
"How nice of you, I'm Natski Tokoyami, President of The Academy of Supernaturals and Experimentals, Tokyo. I already know your name is Kakashi, but what about your girlfriend?"
"She is not my girlfriend" I blushed at the thought but me and megimin, no, no,no. That's impossible. "She is just a friend, that's all. Her name is megimin"
"Don't you have surnames?"
"Oh, Sorry. I'm Kakashi Yami, I've never actually asked about her surname, since it seems like it didn't matter" I just remembered what she said at first "you say she needs revitalization?"
"Yes, but the other girl needs it too. The parents are rich, and I think they are going to buy their way out of this one"
"Isn't there another way?"
"If someone of same chakra type transfer to her, she'll be fine, but megimin will need the revitalization machine"
"What chakra type is she?"
"A lightning style user, they are hard to come by these days"
"I'll do it"
"What?????" She yelled surprisingly. " You have to be the same chakra type with her to do a restoration transfer"
"Yes, I'm a lightning style experimental" I informed her. " I can do a transfer while you use the revitalization machine on megimin"
"What about your health?"
"Don't worry about me. I can do it" I assured. "But, how do we transfer chakra"

Natski taught me how to transfer chakra. Apparently, it was easier than I thought, it was all about channeling my chakra to my hand and releasing it into my target, it was more like how I use my technique.
Hinata's parents were happy, they thanked me and gave me some money as a thank you, and I also got a free invitation to their house. I wondered how a nine year old girl would use so much of her chakra and don't know how to replenish it. According to her parents that has always been a problem and since she was trying so hard to get into the academy early but getting stronger since she was already smart. Before she left, I advised her.
"You don't have to work hard to prove anything to anyone, as long as you are satisfied with what you have done, it alright"
She smiled with admiration, and asked for my name. "Please mister, what is your name?"
"My name?Why do you ask?"
"Because, when I get an admission into the academy, I'll like you to be my teacher"
"If you say so" I acted cool but on the inside I felt like I was going to explode with joy. My first admirer, I'm so proud of myself, I just hope by then she might have grown up to be big, yes, I mean it, just big. "I'm Kakashi Yami, just try your best to grow up big and strong, okay?"
"Yes!!" She yelled energized "thanks again and bye" She waved at me before running off happily. The revitalization machine was used on megimin instead, and told me she will be restored in about three years, or if we're lucky two. Natski offered me admission into the academy, which I accepted because I had no other choice.
