Chapter 3: The System
Stefan was surprised as he was flooded with a lot of system notifications back to back.
He never expected to receive a system especially in the world of originals and if even he received one, then it should have just been a basic one but apparently he got something like a First Time Achievement System.
"Well, this changes everything and maybe I may not even need the witches to make me an upgraded vampire, the system might make me one"
Stefan said as he looked for a seat to sit down and look over his gains from the system.
"System Screen"
As he said that, a red panel appeared in his line of sight as it displayed his details as well as what the system is.
The First Time Achievement System is the kind of system that only gives rewards in doing something for the first time, for example, when he drank blood and completed his transition into a vampire, he had a skill blood control because that was the first time he tasted human blood.
After getting the information about the system, he looked the system screen to look at his new skills.
**Sunlight Immunity: as a Vampire, the host would die if exposed to sunlight but with this ability, the host's weakness to sunlight has been nullified making the host a day walker without any assistance whatsoever**
"That's good, with this, I can get rid of this ring but doing so, would bring unwanted attention to me very early. I will be stuck with it for the meantime, maybe give it to Lexi after finding a witch to spell it so that she could use it later on"
After that, he looked at the next skill.
**Vervain Immunity: as a Vampire, when the host comes in contact with Vervain, the Vervain will weaken and has a burning effect on the host but with this ability, the host's weakness to Vervain is nullified**
**Blood Control: the host can create, shape, and manipulate blood, an essential body fluid in humans and other animals. The host's control over this skill is minimal and can only be used in the most basic form but with the passage of time and the host's usage of the skill, the host's control of the skill, will increase overtime**
After reading the description of the skill, Stefan felt that he could now feel the blood spilled on the ground and felt like he could now communicate with it.
He willed the blood to come together and they then albeit slowly which made him frown as he expected it to be faster.
"I have to train this skill very fast, it will be my trump card against the originals even if I can't kill them, I can weaken them to deal a lot of damage and if I ever come in possession of the white oak stake, I must keep them close to them until I break the sideline of Klaus to guarantee my survival, maybe Giuseppe can take care of the ones here in Mystic Falls"
He said while thinking of some of the white oak trees used to build the wickery bridge later on in the future but this time they are not going to use the white oak trees, they are going to use another tree while creates stakes with them to defend himself against the originals in the case they attack.
The problem is that all the vampires are sired to the originals and if he kills one, they will all be coming for him, and he can not kill Klaus since he is from his sireline and there is no witch who would be capable of unlinking he from Klaus sireline, well he do know of two witches who could do it for him but he is going to need a witch and an hunter to get to either one of them and even at that he doubts if they would even help him since they both have their own agendas.
"I will deal with that when the time comes but first, let me look at this skills"
**Undead Pulse: as a Vampire, the host is technically dead and does not have any life force anymore and only the death force making the host an undead, an enemy of nature. But with the special ability, Undead Pulse, the host has been granted the perfect balance between the living and the dead, making the host a Vampire with a beating heart, what the host should not be able to do as a Vampire, the host can still do it, like impregnating a woman but it will only happen once in a while, it may even take thousands of years for that to be even be possible but the host can still do it. Even though the host still have the characteristics of a human, he is still a Vampire which makes him have the typical weakness of a Vampire. With the Undead Pulse, the host can see through the veil connecting the other side to the world of the living making him able to communicate with ghosts, spirits of the other side**
"Wow, that's one pretty long explanation, but I think with this Undead Pulse, most of my troubles would be solved, I can help some dead witches and let their descendants help me in exchange"
Stefan laughed as everything he planned the moment he arrived in this world changed with the arrival of the system. He can even take over the entire world with enough time and time is what he had together with the knowledge of the future, he is unstoppable.
**Sire Bond: any vampire the host turns are inherently loyal and does not need to have any feeling for the host for the bond to take effect. Even if the Vampire the host turns hates the host to their very core, once the host turns them, they are completely loyal and would do anything to please the host even go as far as killing their selves for the host. Note, the sire bond can never be broken even if they turn off their humanity and they are not completely robot like vampires, they can think for themselves but will carry what your orders immediately and effectively once given**
"I don't need those tomb vampires anymore, to hell with them. I can build my Vampire army all by myself. This is going to be so much fun, if Klaus finds out about this, he is going to be very, very friendly to me so that I can teach him how I made my vampires so subservient to me"
After getting all the information about his system and the skills, he was very satisfied with what he got and stood up before going to the body of his father and carried him and Vamp-speed out of the house to the quarry where he could see Damon feeding on someone.
He dropped the body of Giuseppe to the ground and dusted himself "I see you took my advice and here I thought I have to force you myself. No offence there, it just that I cannot live without my brother even if it means having him hate me for centuries, I'm very cool with that than burying you" said Stefan as he went to hug his brother Damon who dropped the body he was drinking from to the ground.
"You killed him?" After being released from the hug, Damon pointed at Giuseppe whose body just laid on the ground.
"Yeah, he was the one who shot us because we were helping Katherine, so I decided to make him into the very thing he hates.."
Before Stefan could finish what he was saying, Giuseppe woke up with a gasp as he looked around seeing his two sons looking at him with a trace of blood on Damon's lips.
"Welcome back father"
