Chapter 2: First Day

After stepping through the portal, I felt an intense pressure in my head, as if it were about to explode. It took a minute for the sensation to subside, and when I finally opened my eyes, I found myself in a familiar restroom. "Ah, yes. I'm inside the restroom, just before I was summoned to another world," I reflected. However, the exact time of my summoning was still hazy in my memory.

I tried to bring up my status window, hoping to gain some understanding of my current situation. As I uttered the words, a blue transparent window materialized in front of me, but a loud alarm sound rang in my head.

Wee-woo!

A warning message appeared: "Warning, this world cannot withstand your presence. Your stats will be locked, and you can only use your original stats inside dungeons or in another world."

Surprised by this revelation, I recalled that this world had only recently gained access to mana. It seemed that the development of mana in this world was still in progress, as the highest level reached by humanity was SS rank, with only three heroes achieving such a status. Considering this, I decided it would be wise to exercise caution and keep my abilities a secret.

Remembering what had happened in the previous world I was summoned to, where the civilians became afraid of us after we defeated the Demon King, I understood the reason why King Ashnard had sent us back to our own world. Rumors had spread that we did not belong to that world, with some even suggesting that we could take over the empire if we wanted to. King Ashnard believed it was the work of the nobles, who viewed our power as a threat to their positions. With no other option, I felt grateful to King Ashnard, who had always cared for us and had become my first friend in that world. I would miss him dearly.

After a moment of contemplation, I decided to keep my abilities a secret. I didn't want to bring any trouble to my mother and little sister, considering how influential and powerful figures in this world might perceive someone like me.

But then, I realized I was missing something important. Oh, right! Today was my first day of school, but I was still dressed in this strange outfit instead of my school uniform. How could I go to my classroom like this? The thought of seeing my family again overwhelmed me. I had nearly forgotten what their faces looked like. I needed to go home.

I hurriedly ran out of the restroom and made my way to the train station. As I reached the station, I found myself feeling slightly lost on how to board the train. "Should I ask someone?" I contemplated. Glancing around, I noticed that people were staring at me with interest.

Feeling self-conscious about their attention, I quickly realized that I was the only one wearing this peculiar black hooded outfit, along with a unique bag. It was no wonder I was attracting so much attention. I needed to get home as fast as I could. Ignoring the onlookers, I thought, "I need to get to my train-"

Before I could finish my thought, I bumped into a girl with Snowy white hair who seemed somewhat familiar. I wondered if I had met her before.

After snapping out of my daze, I asked, "Are you alright?"

She simply nodded and walked away. After that encounter, I noticed people saying things like, "What a lucky bastard," and "How dare he," while looking at me.

I ignored their comments and, after arriving at my train, muttered, "I just need to wait for 20 minutes."

Soon, I arrived in front of my old house. Emotions surged within me as I approached the door. Opening it, I saw a figure that I recognized all too well - my mother. I muttered to myself, "It's been too long," and overwhelmed by emotion, I rushed forward and embraced her tightly, tears streaming down my face.

My mom's voice broke through my emotional haze. "So, why are you here? Isn't today your first day of school? And why are you crying like a baby?"

As she stood before me, nagging like she always used to, I realized just how much I had missed her scolding. Finally coming to terms with the reality of my situation, I muttered to myself, "So, it wasn't a dream."

"Hey, are you listening? Are you on drugs? What's with your clothes and that old-looking bag?"

"No! I'm not on drugs," I quickly assured her, wiping away my tears. "I'm just wearing this because a friend gave it to me."

Technically, I wasn't lying. King Ashnard had given me this outfit, so it was best to keep that information to myself for now.

"Mom, where's my uniform? I need to hurry. It's my first day of school, and I don't want to be late," I informed her, regaining focus.

"It's in your room. Just hurry up. You're already 10 minutes behind schedule," she replied.

"Okay, thanks!" I said, rushing into my room. After putting on my uniform, I remembered something.

"Mom, where is little sis?"

"She has classes right now. Did you forget?"

"Oh, right," I nodded and muttered, "Too bad I really miss my little sis, but I need to focus on going to school right now."

After that, I used my Shadow link skill, which allowed me to merge with shadows and granted an 60% increase in movement speed, to quickly make my way to school. It slipped my mind that I possessed this ability. It would have been helpful from the start, but there was no changing the past. I had to focus on the present and hurry to school.

After seven minutes, I finally arrived at my new school. As I searched for my classroom, I noticed a crowd of students gathered in one area. Their excited chatter caught my attention.

"Wow, I thought only two out of the three great clans would attend our school this year, but now all three are here!"

"I know, right? I wish we were classmates."

"Did you see the young miss from the Bow Clan? She's so sexy and pretty."

"Yeah, and the sword clan she's a real babe!"

"Yahh Earl grey of spear clan so handsome!"

Ignoring their loud teenage banter, I continued my search until I finally found my classroom. Upon entering, I noticed that there were only four seats left. Three of them were situated in the middle of each row, while the last one was tucked away at the side. Initially, I considered choosing one of the seats in the middle, but the way the other students were glaring at me gave me pause. Puzzled, I muttered to myself, "What's wrong with them?" I decided to avoid any potential issues and took the last available seat on the side. Once I settled in, I heard the door open again, and three individuals walked in.

Their refined mannerisms and expensive attire gave away their status. I recalled the blonde girl I had bumped into earlier at the train station, but the other two beside her seemed somewhat familiar as well. However, I couldn't quite remember where I had seen them

Another loud door opening interrupted my thoughts, and our teacher entered - a beautiful woman our with a sangria hair color, brown eyes, and glasses exudes a unique and captivating elegance. her sangria hair color adds a vibrant and alluring touch to her overall appearance. With her hair styled neatly, it frames their face beautifully, accentuating her features. Their striking brown eyes draw attention and convey warmth and intelligence. The addition of glasses adds a touch of sophistication, enhancing her intellectual aura. This teacher's overall look effortlessly combines style and professionalism, making them truly eye-catching and memorable'

"Please find your seats, everyone. Since it's your first day, we'll be introducing ourselves before heading to the training room, where you can select a weapon you specialize in," our teacher announced.

As her words sank in, I realized it would be a long, noisy, and potentially stressful day ahead. But I was determined to navigate it with determination and focus.
