'The banquet of the twelve northern families is a banquet where the twelve most important nobles in the north; Baron Hansley, Baron Hayes, Baron Barlowe, Baron Driscoll, Viscount Freymonte, Viscount Singh, Viscount Adler, Count Keller, Count Cromwell, Count Finch, Marquis Ashford, and Duke Holt. This is also a gathering for the kids of these nobles to get to know one another. This banquet is always held at the manor of the highest ranked noble in the north.'
"Sisters, do you think that there is going to be someone my age will be there?"Alexander asks his older sisters.
"I'm sure you'll meet somebody there Alex."His oldest sister is now sixteen and she attends the academy's swordsmanship division. Many people want to engaged to her because she is the daughter of a duke and one of the top beauties in the empire she has yet to get engaged because she is looking for the right person. Celeste is three years younger than her and loves magic and hopes to make it into the magic division in two years. She is also the sister that dotes on alexander the most. The two younger sisters love magic as well and are like friends that are related to alexander. The four youngest children of the Holt family like magic while the three oldest children took a liking to swordsmanship. Alexander hasn't talked to his older brothers that much because by the time he was three they were both out of the house."You'll be fine lil bro. People might even such up to you if they find out you're a time emperor."His older brother alan says with sincerity.
When alexander was three he revealed his status board and they saw everything that his status shows and they know he is more than a cheat.
"Yeah alex. Don't worry to much."His older sister Celeste reassures him again.
"Alex do not forget that there is another big event happening at this banquet."His father reminds him with a booming voice.
"Yeah."'This other event that he is talking about is the affinity level ceremony that me and my older sister Lucille will be going through. The name of this ceremony speaks for itself; it is a ceremony when you figure out how high your affinity is for each element you have is. The highest grade is s-grade and the lowest is f-grade. It is said that the talent measures how adept you are at your element naturally. For example my sister Celeste has the elements healing, wood, and wind and has an a-level talent at healing magic, b-level talent at wind magic and c-level talent at wood magic.'
Then the families started to arrive in order of importance and two days later when everyone arrived the banquet of the twelve northern families began.
