Chakra Threads is a technique that is usually used by puppeteers to allow them to control theirpuppets in battle.
Since these strings are constructs made from very concentrated chakra, they can be seen by people besides the user.

kazan is now in his clan library where he was learning the basics of fuinjutsu he saw a lot if seals mentioned and also said danzo himself is fuinjutsu grandmaster .
Although fuinjutsu was overpowered at the early stages of fuinjutsu we can t learn any major techniques .
there are few early fuinjutsu that can help beginers like exploding tag and Enclosing Technique(storage seals)

It is possible to seal ninjutsu into a scroll, as demonstrated by Kisame Hoshigaki, who placed sharks into his Water Prison Technique that he sealed into a scroll, which would activate and imprison anyone that tried to read the scroll upon opening it.
To save chakra, instead of sealing a nature element into a scroll that was created through chakra, one could just use pre-existing nature elements, like water from an ocean, and seal it within the scroll. Though a scroll is the most common use of sealing something.
The Explosive Tags are sheets of paper inscribed with a special seal, centering around the kanji for "explode" (爆, baku). Infused with chakra, they will explode after a set amount of time, remotely, or after being ignited by flame .
Kazan went to the orphange and began practising the storsge sealing on the paper he bougth from the market .
he began comparing it real sealing scroll and his sealing scroll he bagan to find the mistakes on his scroll and thougth on how to reduce the mistakes and throughly understand theorey behind it.
Soon time passes away it has been 3 months since he had started learning the basics of fuinjutsu . so he didn t have access to advance library fuinjutsu techinques . so he stoped it and begin to study on medical ninjutsu
Kazan can not do medical ninjutsu but he began to read the basics of medical ninjutsu. which consists of how many chakra points are there on the body. and how chakra flows through the body. how to do basic of first aid without ninjutsu .
again kazan began his daily rountine training his body and studying the clan library .and time is flowing soon another three months have passed away .
Konoha underground :
Danzo began to think it has nearly 6 months since nine tails and konoha lacks the younger generation talents . I think should start training the clan kids .If i find a kid with potential i will train him the best ability.

Kazan thinks it is best because he has no for him guide although shimura clan are relatives the clan has been hectic it has been with missions due to the loss of ninjas .
I think that s why danzo want to start the training now because clan members began to be free . i think it relatively easy to get first because he did nt see anyone in his clan train as much him. i think i getting some what ahead of himself
