Chapter 64: Chapter 63 Magical Creatures Ecological Conservation Park

"Brother, you don't dislike it, do you?" Shanna looked at Bell with concern.

"How could I! I actually like it even more! It's no wonder you're my sister; the creature you picked is simply perfect for me!"

Yes, Bell really liked Phina. He loved this kind of cute yet powerful creature.

As for whether bringing such a dangerous creature to Hogwarts would be appropriate? Nonsense. Keeping magical creatures as pets in school is a fine tradition at Hogwarts. First, Salazar Slytherin had a basilisk, then Dumbledore had a phoenix, and now Hagrid keeps a bunch of Acromantulas in the Forbidden Forest. So, having a Hippogriff as a pet was completely fine for Bell.

"Hehe~"

Perhaps the voices of the few were too loud; little Phina was awakened. Seeing so many people staring at it, Phina might have felt shy? It struggled out of Bell's hands and jumped into Shanna's arms, refusing to come down.

"Phina, from today onwards, you'll be with Brother. You must accompany him well, protect him. Do you hear me?" Shanna held Phina up to her eyes, staring at it seriously.

Phina, being a top-tier magical creature, seemed to understand Shanna's instructions even as a baby. It nodded its little head, and after Shanna put it down, it ran back to Bell, barking at him.

Bending down to pick up Phina, Bell gently stroked it a few times.

"What does Phina eat?"

"Basically anything, but she loves meat the most."

Bell took out some grilled lamb skewers from his pocket, used the Levitation Charm to float them in the air, then conjured a flame on his palm, slightly heating the skewers before offering them to Phina.

After sniffing it, Phina ate it deliciously. She had just woken up and hadn't had breakfast yet.

Watching the cute little Phina enjoying the grilled meat, Bell asked William, "Dad, are magical creatures like Phina heavily smuggled?"

"Creatures of Phina's caliber are indeed very rare. You might not encounter one for decades. However, there are quite a few weaker or more common magical creatures on the black market."

Bell thought for a moment and then asked, "Is there still plenty of Galleons at home?"

"We have a lot. Although our family has invested a lot of Galleons in recent years for development, the magical tools you invented have brought in more revenue for the family. So our savings haven't decreased, but have actually increased somewhat."

"In that case, let's use some money to buy all the magical creatures on the black market."

"Buy them all!?" William looked at Bell in surprise. "What do you need so many magical creatures for?"

"For nothing in particular. It's just that the Galleons are just lying there anyway." Bell said casually, "The creatures suitable as pets can be kept at home as pets, and those unsuitable can be kept elsewhere. It's just a contribution to the protection of magical creatures."

Listening to Bell's extravagant declaration, William felt speechless. Initially, spending those Galleons for the family's development seemed reasonable. But now, spending them to protect magical creatures seemed foolish!

Bell looked at William and sensed his father's reluctance. After some thought, he continued, "Those magical creatures are not useless. At the very least, they can provide a lot of magical materials. Even if they're not useful now, it doesn't mean they won't be useful in the future. In fact, I have always believed that the magical abilities of magical creatures themselves are the real treasures."

"If there are many magical creatures in the future, we can also build a Magical Creatures Ecological Conservation Park somewhere. This way, we can protect the magical creatures and provide a good place for wizards to visit."

"I want to go to the magical creature park!" Shanna suddenly exclaimed with joy.

She had been to Muggle zoos and liked them very much because the animals there all looked... delicious.

( ̄﹃ ̄) If it's a zoo full of magical creatures, it must be even more fun... and tastier!

Unconsciously, a certain cute little girl had been infected by her brother and had become a little foodie. When she saw new things, the first thought that came to her mind was, "Can I eat this? Is it tasty?"

As little Phina, who was leisurely eating meat, suddenly felt a chill, her fur all over her body stood up. After cautiously scanning around for any danger and finding none, the vigilant little Phina grabbed the grilled lamb and burrowed into Bell's arms until he held her tightly, and only then did she calm down.

"Oh?" Bell raised an eyebrow. "Then it's simple. We not only need to buy magical creatures on the black market, but also coordinate with the magical departments of various countries to buy magical creatures and build the Magical Creatures Ecological Conservation Park at the fastest speed!"

"I heard that Mr. Newt Scamander has been dedicated to protecting magical creatures throughout his life. I think he shouldn't refuse our well-intentioned help, right? Perhaps we can invite him to be the first director of the Magical Creatures Ecological Conservation Park. If he's willing to place the magical creatures he takes care of in there, that would be even better."

"Also, we need to keep more magical creatures as pets at home. Firstly, it can play with Shanna, and secondly, it can enhance the defense of the castle."

"But if there are too many magical creatures, it will be difficult to take care of them," William raised a question.

"Then let's buy more house-elves... no! We need to buy all the house-elves we can find! Even if we can't buy them, we need to find a way to buy them! At the same time, we should require house-elves to increase their population as soon as possible. There are too few wizards, and there are too few house-elves. This will hinder my plans. We should be prepared in advance."

"Moreover, the spellcasting abilities of house-elves are not inferior to wizards. Their wandless magic abilities are even stronger. We can train the battle abilities of house-elves, and if necessary, we can even equip them with wands. Just be a little careful not to let the Ministry of Magic find out. After all, there are no creatures more loyal than house-elves."

William took notes of what Bell said.

Since his daughter spoke up, William, who was familiar with his son's character, knew that everything was already a foregone conclusion. Even if Shanna wanted the moon, Bell would find a way to get it for her. Wizards weren't Muggles, and what Muggles called "I'll give you the moon" might just be an exaggerated expression. But in the wizarding world, especially with Bell, William had no doubt that he would really find a way to get the moon for Shanna.
