Chapter 2: [2]The 3 Wishes
"So what's your first wish?" He asked me in a tone that suggest no impatience. I already have a vague idea for my wishes but I still need time to calibrate them.
Seemingly reading my mind, Stan spoke up "Time is the last thing we lack right now, go on, take your time."
I smiled gratefully to him in return.
My first wish the gamer system with a gacha, but instead of encompassing every single thing in existence, from the most worthless rock to an all-powerful physique. I wanted to shrink its range to just items that will make me look cool, also powerful of course.
Interrupting my thoughts, Stan quickly replied "That will cost you 2 of your wishes, you understand that your basically reducing the gacha's range by a lot right?" I understand what Stan's implying, if the gacha's normal range is 10, what I'm wishing for is to reduce it to 5, that's alot considering every single item in all of existence.
The first wish covers everything concerning both individual and an organization's power. I can gain power and money through it. And using gacha I can summon my soom-to-be subordinates through it. And also get stronger through the party system.
My 2nd wish should be something about my background and physical appearance. Maybe the timeline I'll be sent to. Alright, guess I'll do that instead.
I turned to Stan and spoke out mu 2nd wish. "Heya Stan, for my 3rd wish I want to look like Cid Kagenou, you probably know him right? Also, i want to be reincarnated so that I can have plenty of time to develop. I wanted to start again, I want hardships to temper my being. Preferably an orphan, so as to not have any emotional attachment. The timeline I wish to be sent is before the start is 14 years before Stark became Iron Man officially."
"Your wish will only consume a little bit of energy for the wish, in exchange, I'm gonna give you something you'll probably like." Stan replied immediately with a hint of mystery, I hope its something to increase my individual power, since its just the early game.
"Now that we're done, I'm gonna send you on your way now, let loose kid, do what you want to do, but never lose sight of what's in front of you." Stan bade his farewell to me and then I feel myself slowly getting sleepy, I did not try to fight it and in the next moment, everything went dark.
