Chapter 5: Getting ready for the party
So after last night I was friend-less so I decided to text Ang but when I was looking for her contact I couldn't find it when I called her from her number it didn't go through that's when I had realized she had blocked me I was confused after all we have been friends for a long time but I questioned myself on what made her block me until my next door neighbor Jamal knocked on my door asking if I was ok because he had heard me crying last night.
"Yeah I'm fine just was a little upset" I say with a sad look on my face.
"A little I'm pretty sure there was a waterfall in here" Jamal says with a grin on his face.
"Not helping at all" I say annoyed.
"Ok but I came to invite you to my dorm party tomorrow tonight?" He said hoping I would say yes.
"I don't know what if the teacher finds out we are partying in your dorm?" I say wondering.
"Don't worry we already asked the chancellor and he said yea so I just wanted to invite a few people and guess what Chase is going to be there." Jamal says with a big smile on his face.
"Oh ok then I guess I'll go but how long is the party?"
"It starts at 7:30 and it ends at 11:55 because the chancellor wanted everybody sleep by then" Jamal says while heading to the door waving at me "Btw the theme is Sky Blue nothing more than that" Jamal closes the door behind him.
I decided to order a dress that matched the theme but they were too expensive some were ever 200,000 and I had 15,000 so I thought I could afford something with the money I made while working as at the register but that was more than enough so I made a journey to find a dress while thinking about Chase of course I just wished Angie was here to go with me to the party.
I miss Ang but I have to go on with my life what should I do
