Chapter 19: Chimera

[Life Created 20 points]

Arion had just finished creating a new life.

The Chimera was floating in front of Arion.

The creature that emerged before Arion was unlike anything he had ever seen before. Standing before him was a being that seemed to blend the characteristics of a human child with his own features, yet its appearance was far from ordinary.

As Arion examined it more closely, he noticed several distinct features that set it apart from any other being he had encountered. Its skin, while humanoid in appearance, had a faint metallic texture to it, giving it an almost ethereal glow under the light.

The Chimera's eyes, held a depth of innocence and wonder similar to its appearance They seemed to pierce through to Arion's very soul, as if they could see into the depths of his being with uncanny clarity.

Its hair, a rich shade of chestnut brown like Arion's, cascaded down its back in intricate waves and curls, framing its delicate features with an air of elegance and grace.

But perhaps the most striking aspect of the creature was its aura, a palpable energy that radiated from its core with an intensity that was both captivating and intimidating. It seemed to pulse with power, hinting at the vast potential that lay dormant within its young form.

As Arion beheld the creature before him, he couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and responsibility wash over him. This was his creation, his legacy, and it was up to him to nurture and protect it as it grew and flourished in the world.

[Name the creature]

'hmm what would be the perfect name for my first creation'

Arion pondered

'oooooo how about Kaimera, The nickname could be Kai'

The creature who looked more like a human girl with a few distinct features looked at Arion and smiled at the revelation of its name, Kaimera.

" Can you speak?" Arion asked Kai

Kai looked at Arion with her bright eyes, just staring at her creator, with not a care in the world.

'dammit is this thing mute'

"Hello, can you understand me?"

Kai continued to stare at Arion with wonder, simply happy to be alive.

Arion started to grow more frustrated with Kai. Probably realized that he would have to teach her how to read and write and also realized she wouldn't be much help to his strength at this moment in time.

'Let me at least see her potential

Appraisal

Kaimera -87 potential

'87 I HAVEN'T SEEN ONE THAT HIGH IN THE LAST THREE YEARS' Arion screamed in his mind. his mood was now going up at the potential of Kaimera had. Even if she wasn't much help now she would be in the near future.

She had the orc genes so she was going to grow up at a faster rate along with her slime and wolf genes.

the only potential he saw higher than Kai's was his mother's but only a few more points was hers higher. So if Kai could grow to at least half as strong as his mother and possibly have kids with the same potential in the next few years he would have an unstoppable force behind him.

As Arion contemplated the immense potential of Kaimera, he couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement coursing through him. Here before him stood a being with the power to change the course of history, to become a formidable ally and companion on his journey ahead.

With renewed determination, Arion vowed to dedicate himself to Kaimera's training and development, to unlock her full potential and harness her abilities to their fullest extent. Together, they would embark on a journey unlike any other, forging their path through the trials and tribulations that lay ahead.

'Hey system this mindscape is it possible to train Kaimera in here'

[Yes, But only on the technical aspect, strength training will not work here.]

'also is there a time difference at all'

[ Yes, one day out there is equal to one week in here. The time difference will grow as the host gets stronger.]

'Hmmm, I have about a week and a few days before I have to leave, so I can spend at least a month here helping Kai.

I still wanted to explore and go out on my own before I went off training again.

Ugh Training, I can't wait till this is over. I might start a Harem when I'm done who knows.'

As Arion considered the possibilities that lay ahead, he couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement at the prospect of training Kaimera within the mindscape. It would provide them with a unique opportunity to hone her skills and abilities in a controlled environment, free from the distractions and dangers of the outside world.

With a newfound sense of purpose, Arion turned his attention to Kaimera, a smile playing at the corners of his lips as he imagined the adventures they would embark on together. He could already envision her growing stronger with each passing day, her potential blossoming under his guidance.

'First thing first we can't just float around in this empty space.

System can you create a landscape in here, with all the necessary items I need to test Kai?

[20 Points]

A vein appeared on Arion's forehead pulsing.

" Don't hate the system

Don't hate the system

Don't hate the system

Don't hate the system"

Arion repeated to himself, that this had become his mantra every time the system asked for points when he asked a question. He could see why some MCs hated their systems when they could talk, but he knew his system was Overpowered and he just needed to practice some patience and understanding.

'Confirm'

[Creating Training ground.]

As Arion confirmed the creation of the training ground, the empty expanse around them began to shift and warp, transforming into a lush landscape filled with rolling hills, dense forests, and crystal-clear lakes. The air was alive with the chirping of birds and the rustle of leaves, creating a tranquil atmosphere that seemed to soothe Arion's frayed nerves.

With a sense of satisfaction, Arion surveyed the landscape before him, impressed by the system's ability to bring his vision to life. It was the perfect setting for training Kaimera, with plenty of space to move and explore, as well as various obstacles and challenges to overcome.

"Alright, let's get started," Arion said, turning to Kaimera with a determined expression. "We've got a lot of work to do if we want to unlock your full potential."

Kaimera nodded eagerly, her eyes shining with anticipation as she prepared to embark on this new journey with her creator.

A shimmering orb materialized before them, pulsating with a soft, ethereal light. This was the Awakening Orb, a mystical device that could reveal Kaimera's hidden affinities and unlock her true potential.

Arion stepped forward, his eyes fixed on the orb as he reached out to touch its surface. As his fingers made contact, a surge of energy coursed through him, sending shivers down his spine. With a flicker of light, the orb activated, casting a radiant glow across the landscape.

At the same time, a series of machines appeared nearby, their sleek, metallic frames gleaming in the sunlight. These were the Attribute Testing Machines, sophisticated devices designed to measure and analyze Kaimera's various attributes, from her strength and speed to her magical affinities and intelligence.

With everything in place, Arion turned to Kaimera, a smile playing at the corners of his lips. "Are you ready?" he asked, his voice filled with excitement and anticipation. "Let's see what you're capable of.

Put your hand on this orb so we can see your magical affinities."

Kai nodded at Arion's words, understanding what he wanted her to do. She walked over to the orb and reached out to touch its surface, as her hand made contact with the orb multiple colors lit up the landscape giving a dazzling show.

As Kaimera's hand touched the surface of the orb, a wave of energy rippled through her body, causing her to gasp in surprise. Colors swirled around her, casting a mesmerizing display of light across the landscape as the orb began to unveil her magical affinities.

Arion watched intently, his heart pounding with excitement as he waited to see what elements Kaimera would be attuned to. Would she inherit his fire affinity, or perhaps Seraphina's light magic? The possibilities raced through his mind as he held his breath, eager for the revelation.

Suddenly, the swirling colors coalesced into distinct patterns, forming intricate symbols that danced across the orb's surface. Arion's eyes widened in amazement as he beheld the sight before him, realizing that Kaimera possessed not one, but four magical affinities.

"Fire, ice, earth, and light," Arion murmured, his voice filled with awe and wonder. "Incredible."

"That's kinda broken is it not?

The majority of people only have one. Two or three if you are lucky or a descendant of a hero, but to Have four is definitely unheard of.

how is this even fair, damn I'm jealous

well maybe I shouldn't complain I have a skill that lets me take other's talents and affinities but the drop is low.

I did collect quite an amount of orbs over the last few years but couldn't use them on myself cause my parents would instantly be suspicious if I added another element to merge with my mana core.

I'll just have to wait till I venture out on my own which is only a couple years from now after I leave this camp."

That's right after Arion leaves this camp his parents promise him a lot more freedom to explore on his own before he enters the academy. But Arion had to meet a few requirements first and that was leaving the youth camp in the top 5 rankings.

Which was easier said than done according to Arion's mother. The youth camp was hosted a Tier 2 Family who hosted this event as a way to prepare their younger generation for the academy, but this camp wasn't just for their family alone.

They invited the most talented kids from other Tiered Families and even commoners if they showed promise.

This camp was not easy in the slightest. many kids from all over the Human Domain came to participate, and some even possessed unique abilities never seen before.

The youth camp provided these kids with an opportunity to make connections with the Tier families, lifelong rivals, and some lifelong friends.

Arion didn't believe there were any kids his age that could compete with him and if there was he would definitely try his hardest to recruit them for his future goals.

The youth camp he was going to was the Grey Families, and coincidently he had already met two of the kids he would be going with at the awakening hall.

Arion was confident then and he is confident now that he could beat those two, maybe the girl who had Two elemental affinities might pose a slight problem, but judging from her demeanor she didn't seem like much of a fighter in Arion's eyes.

She was clearly stronger than the kid harassing her, but she was too timid to act because of all the eyes watching her.

Arion regaining his focus, he looked at Kai who was still just staring at him enjoying her existence, waiting on her creator to say something else to her.

"OK now let's test your attributes."
