Inside of a luxurious baby room there were currently two babies placed inside of the same crib.
One of the babies suddenly sat up and started crawling around and touching the air. This baby was Dolion. Who now had skin as smooth as jade that was befitting of a baby. And not looking like a deformed alien.
The reason for him touching the air was because he was doing the finishing touches of the system he was creating.
[ 1.. 2.. 3.. Initializing…]
[System Created!]
As soon as the system creation popped up on the system screen that was right in front of him, Dolion hurriedly put his little baby fingers down his throat and grabbed something.
*Gag* resisting the urge to puke. Dolion grabbed what he had put his fingers down his throat for.
A small white glowing ball of light. But when he had pulled it out of his mouth, it had attempted to run away. Which prompted him to hurriedly put the ball of light in the system.

'Phew.. that was tough.' Dolion thought as he added some finishing touches to the system.
The system that he created was an experimental one. That he had planned to give to somebody as an experiment.
'Now.. Go!!' He thought. Throwing the system in a random direction. The system then went through the wall and flew in that direction.

Inside of a shabby looking apartment building. A chubby otaku was currently playing with himself while watching Mind Control porn. And he was at his desktop.
"~Aghh~ your cock is Huuuugee ~Sensei~" the big tittied girl on the screen said in a sultry tone. Though when she said that, the Fat otaku seemed to climax as chunks of white stuff came out of his two millimeter defeater.
"Phew, that was a good fap sesh!!" Rudeus said as he went to grab some tissue from by his computer.
But just as he was about to grab the tissue. A bright ball of light that wasn't visible to the naked eye, came into his apartment and went inside of his head. Which knocked him unconscious.

Back at the luxurious baby room. Dolion was now sucking on the tity of a woman that his parents hired to breastfeed him.
*Suck*
'This… sucks… but I've finally started PP <Project Protagonist>' Dolion thought as he smiled deviously while looking at a screen that showed a unconscious fat otaku, which went unnoticed by the woman that was breastfeeding him.
<Project Protagonist> otherwise known as PP was a project that he had started in an attempt to gather power while he was a baby.

(Rudeus The Fat Otaku's Pov)
'What happened?' I thought as I attempted to recall the events that led to me being knocked out.
'Was it a villain!?' I thought as I felt fear. Before denying the possibility. I didn't have anything that a villain could want.
First, my quirk was essentially useless. As it only allowed me to change my hair color. And second of all, I was broke.
*Ding*
But breaking me out of my thoughts was a crisp dinging sound.

(Regular Pov)
When Rudeus heard the dinging sound he immediately became alert. And grabbed the closest thing to a weapon that was by him… a Pen.
"W-who's there!?" Rudeus said as his legs shook.
[I Am A System] a mechanical androgynous emotionless voice responded to him.
"A-a system?!" Rudeus wasn't a stranger to systems. As he had read a lot of comics and novels that were from the time before quirks.
Rudeus suddenly became excited, before shouting out "System! Show Status Screen!"
And the system miraculously followed his orders. And showed him a status screen.

Seeing the status screen excited Rudeus. But that was before he saw it's contents. Which made his face ugly.
