But who let Jin Bing be controlled now, and why is he willingly submitting like this?
Suddenly, a thought struck Wu Chen.
But now is not the time to discuss this. Wu Chen immediately led the group of five, including himself, out of the Divine Authority space.
Back in the office, the four villains, all battered and bruised, gritted their teeth in pain as they stood up. Then, they respectfully lowered their heads to Wu Chen, "BOSS!!"
Wu Chen nodded slightly, then turned to Jin Bing and said, "Let them go down and tend to their wounds! Once they're bandaged up, they can come back up."
Jin Bing promptly followed Wu Chen's instructions. But just as he was about to go down to tend to his own wounds, Wu Chen stopped him.
Snap!
Wu Chen snapped his fingers, dispelling Jin Bing's illusion. "Jin Bing, I'll say this once. Listen to me carefully, or you'll miss out on the chance to become stronger forever."
Jin Bing, who had been ready to resist, froze in place. Regaining his senses, he naturally didn't want to address Wu Chen as his master; after all, even a underworld emperor had his own dignity.
But now, Jin Bing suddenly had a premonition. If he were to resist now, he would lose something extremely important to him.
This sense of loss and anxiety made Jin Bing unclench his fists.
Seeing this, a slight smile tugged at the corners of Wu Chen's mouth as he continued, "Do you know why I'm so strong and capable of doing those miraculous things?"
Jin Bing remained silent, like a closed clam.
Not rushing him, Wu Chen infused chakra into his feet, then walked up the wall of the office, eventually standing face to face with Jin Bing on the ceiling.
"It's because I possess a power called chakra!"
"Chakra?" Jin Bing spoke up. "What's that?"
Wu Chen didn't directly answer. Instead, he went to the computer and pointed to the video playing on it. "Now I'll tell you why I was laughing earlier."
"That man, even I'm not completely sure I can defeat him. Yet you guys dare to call him a worthless nobody. Shouldn't I laugh?"
Jin Bing fell silent, staring at the screen showing Naruto Uzumaki, disbelief evident in his eyes.
Wu Chen didn't explain further. Instead, he opened another video, showing the footage of him initially fighting against Zeng En and Hulk. "You think this is just movie effects?"
"Isn't it?" Jin Bing subconsciously retorted.
Wu Chen shook his head. "This is the power of Naruto Uzumaki. He wields the same power as me—chakra! And the abilities he uses are ninjutsu, whether it's the lightning-fast Flying Raijin jutsu or the spiraling Rasengan emitting blue light, they're all ninjutsu!"
"And ninjutsu requires chakra as its fuel."
"Of course, the most crucial part is that when a person has chakra, they can learn ninjutsu and ultimately become a true powerhouse."
"Jin Bing, you're insignificant in my eyes for a simple reason: you're just an ordinary person."
"In our ninja world, even a slightly skilled lower-level ninja could easily defeat you."
"Now, I'm giving you a chance. I'll grant you chakra and teach you some ninjutsu."
"Do you want to submit to me?"
Offering Jin Bing a chance to retain his own consciousness and increase his strength.
These were not part of Wu Chen's plan; they were the result of a spur-of-the-moment decision.
But if Jin Bing were willing to submit sincerely, it wouldn't be bad for the Dawn Organization to gain a peripheral member with considerable abilities.
Of course, the key point was, from Wu Chen's perspective, Jin Bing wouldn't make much of a splash anyway, so giving him some power wouldn't hurt.
With that said, Wu Chen casually sat on Jin Bing's chair, flipping through Jin Bing's drawer, waiting for Jin Bing's answer.

That was to submit to the masked man in front of him.
If he didn't submit, he would lose his self-awareness and be forcibly subjugated.

A few minutes later, Jin Bing knelt down on one knee, bowing his head slowly. "Master! I hope you can grant me power!!"
