Ocelot: all right gather up! Soldiers, I want you to meet your new pilot.
Leo: new pilot why? what happened to Pequod?
Ocelot: Well as you know we don't have many pilots and Pequod is Big Boss's pilot he can transport you and the boss at the same time and he might be needed by the boss.
Y/N: So where is the pilot?
Ocelot pointed up to the sky and when Y/N and his team looked up they saw a helicopter flying above the mother base circling the Medical platform before landing. then a short woman came out of the plane and approached Y/N and his team, when she took off her helmet she revealed her blond hair, Hugging her helmet to her side she gave a small shy wave to the team.
Erika: Hello My name is Erika I'm your new pilot. It's nice to meet all of you.
Leo and Liv looked at her with their eyes widened.
Erika: I heard so much about all of you, you are raising the ranks. You must be Dmitry, the twin broth's Leo, and Liv, and of course, your captain Y/N and....you are...Quiet right?
Quiet: (nodding slowly)
She then looked at Y/N who was checking his bionic legs before approaching him, Then she sat next to him, When he felt her gaze at him her looked to his right.
Erika: I heard that you fought the skulls and you lost your legs while doing so.
She said before she reached her hand to touch his bionic legs. But Quiet was quick as she dashed and I and grabbed her hand before it reached, She let go of her hand and stood looking down at her her hands resting on her hips.
Erika: Sorry...I did know that he was taken.
Quiet then got flustered her cheeks burning a shade of pink her blush reaching her ears.
Y/N: Sorry Erika but that's not so professional of you.
Y/N Stood up and and took a few short steps back and forth before tapping his feet few times on the floor. He then grabbed's hand and walked with her down to where her cell was. Quiet was still flustered by what Erika said and she was nervous as to why Y/N brought her here.
Y/N: I got you something.
He then pulled out a small red diamond. he reached to her hand and took it in his then he gently placed it on her palm. She looked at him then at the Diamond, She held it between her index and thumb inspecting it in the light. His hand tightened around the Diamond and she looked at him with a bright smile.

Quiet: Thank you this is my first gift...I love it...I will cherish it forever.
She then leaned in and gave him a peck on the cheek, After she slowly pulled away his hand went over the spot where she kissed him before leaning in and returning the peck. Then the two of them sat on her small bed.
Y/N: Quiet check this, I upgraded my legs, Precisely the heels area it now have a taser. And I'm thinking of adding a folding blade there too.
Quiet: ( smiling and nodding excitingly).
She leaned in and started inspecting his legs her fingers brushing against the carbon fibers. She looked up at him her hazel eyes looking deeply at his.

Liv: She is in love with you, ask Dmitry he Is married and he knows, Right Dmitry?
Dmitry: Yes.
Liv: She is so jealous of Erika too, Didn't you see how she looked at her?

Ocelot: Your mission is to to capture and take control of three outposts, those outposts are linked to a large base that Big Boss will need to infiltrate.
Miller: This mission needs to succeed, there is no place for a failure.

Ocelot and Miller walked away leaving the team for themselves, Erika turned to the rest of them before placing her helmet on a table.
Erika: They said that the big boss went to capture someone they worked with before.
Y/N: I think I saw him before...he was the only American there, So it must be him...He is such a weirdo...Now take some rest people our mission will start in a few hours.

The team sat down Dmitry reading a letter from his wife and daughter, He smiled as he saw one of his Daughter's drawings, Quiet Y/N leaned in and looked with him at the adorable depiction of him, His wife, and his daughter. The picture his wife sent with the letter.
Dmitry: Isn't she adorable?
Y/N: Yes she is.
Y/N said before looking at Quiet who was smiling.

Quiet: Would you mind if I see the picture closer?
Dmitry gave her a nod before she handed her the picture. Quiet looked at the blond young woman who was holding a girl, a small version of herself.
Quiet: She looks a lot like her mother.
Dmitry: But she acts like her.
Y/N: I guess she will be a great person then.
Dmitry: She wants to be a Doctor.
Y/N: That's a great dream...Me and you will make sure that you're there when she becomes one.
Dmitry: Thank you, brother.
Y/N: Now let's prepare for our mission.
1:00 PM...
Command Platform...
All of the team were preparing their equipment picking their usual equipment, Erika looked at them as they mostly carried stun bullets and a few live rounds mags.
Erika: Why the stun bullets? you don't want to kill?
Leo: well those soldiers were our friends, They are from our motherland.
Liv: So we don't want to kill them, most of them are young same as us.
Erika: Oh, I see.
She then Looked at Y/N who picked his Shield and his fully customized Ak.
Erika: A shield and an assault rifle?
Y/N: Yes...I like this combination.
Erika: is it how you were able to defeat the Skulls
Y/N: Yes and no, it was teamwork...and the help from Big Boss.
Erika: I can't wait to start my first mission with all of you. I will be waiting for you at the helicopter.
She wore her pilot helmet before she walked away to the landing platform. After a few minutes, the whole team got to the helicopter everyone taking a seat as usual Leo and Liv sitting next to each other talking together while Dmitry rested his LMG on his lap, Quiet laying on the line of chairs looking lovingly at Y/N kicking her feet in the air and sometimes stretching like a cat would. Y/N was looking at the data that the intel team provided for them.
Erika: Team, We are landing at the LZ.
Y/N Slid opened the door The helicopter passed by some houses and animals running under the chopper, The helicopter hoovered on the LZ.
4:00 PM...
Afghanistan...
Erika: We are at the LZ, Good luck out there Diamond Dogs.
The team jumped off to the ground and the Helicopter flew away.
Y/N: This is the first outpost out of three. according to the intel, it's larger than the average outpost.
Quiet Quickly dashed through the sands taking a spot on a nearby cliff aiming her sniper at the soldier and sending their locations to the Idroids of the rest of the team. Leo pulled out his Binoculars and looked at the soldier, His eyes widened when he saw something he had never seen before. He looked at Y/N who stood next to him.
Leo: Captain are you seeing that?
Y/N: Yes...Metal gears.
Liv: Should we extract them?
Y/N: Yes, The Diamond Dogs need to study them and maybe upgrade them. Take them by Surprise and don't get spotted if those soldiers who are riding those things see us we will be dead.
Liv: it looks like they are armed with missile launchers and miniguns.
Y/N: The soldiers are exposed from behind, Quiet take them out when you have the chance. they have Gas masks now so smoke and sleeping gas won't work. Send a request for decoys we will sit them up behind that small hill, Dmitry you must stay here around the decoys and fire your LMG at the enemy that will make them think that they are getting attacked by a large force and they will send the soldiers with the Metal Gears to stop the threat then the rest of us will take them out when the expose their backs at us.
Leo: the decoys will be here in five minutes.
After waiting for five minutes a box slowly fell to its location, They started placing they placed the decoys
As the sun dipped behind the distant hills, casting long shadows across the rugged terrain, the team
moved stealthily through the dense sands toward their objective.Y/N leading the group with quiet confidence.
Beside him walked Leo, his eyes sharp and focused as he scanned their surroundings for any signs of danger. Close behind them were Liv their weapons held at the ready. Quiet was ready With precision timing and unwavering determination, they moved as one, their footsteps muffled by the sands as they closed in on their targets. As they reached the first outpost, Y/N signaled for the team to spread out, each taking up their designated positions with practiced efficiency. With a nod from Y/N, Leo set to work, expertly deactivating their communications while Liv kept watch for any approaching threats. Meanwhile, Dmitry positioned himself atop a nearby cliff, His LMG ready The Decoys were placed in different places to confuse the enemy. He waited for Y/N's Signal.
Y/N: Dmitry, Quiet fire at will.
Quiet's scopes trained on the unsuspecting enemy below. With a series of well-timed shots, she swiftly took down many of the soldiers, Dmitry opened fire at them making them more confused.
Soviet solider: Zulu one we are under attack by many enemy soldiers I can see them in many locations, Send the soldiers with the Metal gears.
The soldier's voice was scared and disparate, After waiting for them to gather up and get Vonrobel to focus on the decoys, Quiet and Dmitry changed their location, then they took out one each.
Y/N: Good job, Now let's keep moving only two to go
With the first outpost firmly under their control, the team pressed on, their determination driving them forward despite the growing darkness. Throughout the night, they repeated the process twice more, each time executing their mission with flawless precision, until finally, as the first light of dawn crept over the horizon, they stood victorious, three enemy outposts now firmly in their grasp.
6:15 PM
Afghanistan:...
Everyone was on the Helicopter, This time Quiet sat next to Y/N speaking with him in sign language.
Piqued: Egle one this Piqued we have a situation here, I need back up.
Erika: Roger that's Piqued, we are ten minutes close to your location.

The helicopter flew over the battlefield Quiet slid the door open and Y/N and the rest of his team looked down to see a giant robot and the Big Boss walking in the same strange bipidal machine and carrying a man.
Erika: Boss, Fire support is on the way, Piqued I will distract it with a barrage of missiles, Take Big Boss and the package.
She started firing rockets and minigun rounds at the Giant robot and maneuvering around it avoiding its attacks, As Piqued flew away Erika followed after, Everyone looked down at the robot but then the were surprised when it started flying and reaching its hand to grab Big Boss's helicopter, Big Boss started firing at it with the helicopter Mini gun then it exploded and fell to the ground, The two helicopters flew away.
Y/N: Metal gears...This is getting more dangerous...it's a different war now...but we need to survive it.
