Chapter 36: Chapter36-The Death of the Old Priest

Ranch and Daisy's expressions were grave. 

This tremor was clearly no minor matter; could it be the relic Daisy had mentioned? 

Daisy, sensing Ranch's inquiring gaze, understood his confusion. 

However, despite being able to feel the ground's vibrations, she did not detect any fluctuations of mana, which puzzled her. 

Normally, the activation of a relic would be accompanied by significant mana fluctuations. 

This time, it seemed to be caused purely by some kind of force.

With this in mind, Daisy shook her head and said softly, "I'm not sure what's happening either, but we can go and take a look." 

Finishing her words, Daisy grabbed Ranch and hurried towards the center of the disturbance.

Before they could get close to the center of the tremor, a deafening roar echoed through the air: "Allos! Are you sure you want to stop me?" 

The voice, thunderous, sent shivers down one's spine.
