Chapter 2: Chapter 1

[Pov Lean Myers]:

This dream is bullshit.

When she discovered how to have lucid dreams, in addition to discovering how far her imagination could go, she never thought she would be in this situation.

He usually dreamed about really crazy things, some more disturbing than others, since his mind already used to wander and go to an imaginary space when he was awake... when he was asleep it was even worse.

Because, unless stopped, his dreams tended to take totally random directions... not only varying styles or concepts, but they could change completely from one moment to the next.

But this one was too realistic for his taste and above all too unimaginative… although all this could be due to the large amount of alcohol he drank before falling asleep. Somehow he couldn't quite believe it.

What surrounded him had so much detail so sharp and lasting that not even in his wildest dreams could he replicate it even once. Not to mention how he could feel very realistic sensations.

I mean... sure he had his moments of glory where he could fool himself and believe that he was in the real world for a few minutes... but never to such a level... sooner or later he would realize for himself that everything was fake.

He managed to become a pretty good dreamer... but not that good. He knew more than anyone how far he could go and he wasn't stupid enough to believe otherwise.

So... chances are that he himself is in a coma now... which would make a lot of sense if he thought about it.

At some point some of his stupidity was going to take its toll on him. Luck reaches its limit at some point after all.

What proved he was right was:

That even though his imaginary body was damaged beyond repair... the sensations I had of it didn't hurt in the slightest, he simply felt a strange and uncomfortable sensation... as if something was missing.

And his executor…

I mean... a zombie?... are you serious?

Of all the possible monsters his mind could replicate he had to be a zombie… couldn't he strive for something better?

Since while he was a classic... one of the good ones... it is not the way he would decide to die.

If he had the choice... and no way out at hand.

"(A wolf)" -he decides after thinking about it- "(a powerful and wild werewolf that will trap my head between its sharp teeth, destroying it just by biting it a little)" -the thought would make him smile as the image of a humanoid wolf pure white standing on 2 legs and howling at the moon– (there would be no better way to...) -he couldn't finish his thought when he heard the zombie stop dead and make a strange noise- "What?" -turns his head and looks at his executioner-"What the hell is wrong with you now?"

"Au-ug.h"

"What?... listen, if you plan to insult me, at least do it in a language I understand."

"Ar.ru.a"

The lack of understanding about his justified request only made him roll his eyes as he shook his head.

"Lack of respect abounds in this place"

As she was about to return to her self-understanding monologue she saw something out of the corner of her eye that caught her attention and made her focus all her attention.

The zombie, who insulted him, was now writhing uncontrollably as a black tar-like liquid gushed from all parts of his body, surrounding him until he was swallowed whole and enclosing him in a sphere that made it impossible to see inside.

After a few seconds of awkward silence. Waiting for something else to happen.

From said sphere would emerge a hairy hand with claws that would tear it from top to bottom, forcing it to open, allowing its host to emerge... only he was no longer a zombie... but now he was an alvine werewolf. . which seemed to be more than 2 meters tall and with a deadly defined body.

"Okay... this is more of my style now."

[<Debatable>]

he?

[<According to my memory banks, the individual known as Lean Myers, is known for his great egocentrism and his natural talent for attracting colorful attention whether for good or ill>]

"So now I have a female voice with no built-in emissions that somehow manages to sound sarcastic… it gets better and better… at least now I have someone to talk to."

[<While acceptance is an intended path that I approve of on your part... I am not here just to talk>]

"Ho...so why are you here?"

[> I saw the need to advance our meeting to inform him of her situation... and make him reconsider that he is neither in dreams nor in a coma>]

"And then what?… because it is honestly impossible for me to believe in the alternative… it is simply not possible"

[<As I see the conviction will be useless from this point of view... Would a sample of real sensory stimulation help with the veracity of my words?>]

Yes, of course, that would be a great help to… wait… What kind of…?

Before she could complete her train of thought, her body began to spasm slightly as she felt as if someone had hit her directly in the spine.

"OLLE!!… that hurts… wait, that hurts"

While that notion led to acceptance, it also brought forth the significance of it...the fact that somehow her situation actually happened.

[<Congruent results... it is observed that the Lean Myers subject responds positively to negative stimuli>]

"No...I don't like where she's going or what it entails."

[<If the current level of conviction is not to your liking…what comes next will not be good for you at all>]

The nervousness she felt as she began to realize that he was screwed turned to fear.

[<Due to certain events he now has what humans know as a system... one customized to follow the villain's path>]

[<This one is equipped with many things... but the most important thing you should know is that the quest function is mandatory... and will end your life if you do not complete the requirements within the required time.>]

"Wait, wait... you don't... want me to conquer the world overnight... right?"

[<Not really... my purpose is to destroy the human race completely... the means or time are adjustable as long as you don't take a break or stop doing something to reach that end>]

[<But from time to time minor missions will be issued that will auto-generate when detecting that it is not fulfilling its role>]

[<But seeing the type of individual he is... I will take the liberty of giving him an extra push to finish convincing him>]

[<If he decides on his own to die to save the life of this world or for some external reason that has no justification... an individual with extreme hatred towards life will be sent to his home world>]
