Chapter 3: Chapter 1: My new life as an orphan
Rey's P.O.V
At the time there many kids in the orphanage and the number is high when it comes to kids who were at the age of 4 according to my past life when I read My Hero Academia. I remember that quirks will come out as soon as they reached at that age that quirk will come at random to either inheri something related to their parents while there are times that the quirk will have a chance that it would be different. In which if the parents see this as useless or whatsoever they usually abandoned them or those who are not ready for responsibility which is somewhat rare for babies to be left to orphanages.
As for me I am one of the youngest children but usually we were separated by age due to how quirks have the potential to either kill or harm one of us little toddlers. Our caretakers watching us over giving us children's books to read and the side of hero comics and children related games as well. Since today I am just a 2 year old tolder with a few other Yoder's who are either 1 or 2 years older that I am or 1 year younger. But for now I just going to read some hero comics and thankfully some of these old comics have DC and Marvel old comics from the prequirk era so yeah atleast it's something.
Timeskip 2 years later
Rey's P.O.V
Now I am 4 years old an yes I now meeting with the kids who are the same age as me and older even teens as well in the orphanage. If I recall now I'm going to check out if I have a quirk since I'm 4 now my teachers back in the daycare that at 4 you will get your quirk. Since I knew what I wrote down from that form when I reincarnated for them it's useless but in actuality it's O.P since I can create any gun I see or any weapon I see or touch which I can replicate the thing I created from the games, books or comics into reality for example the Lancer rifle from Gears of War or the shambler shotgun from Metro. And my Personal favorite the Ace Of Spades from Destiny also Rest in Peace Cade-6 you will always be my favorite character in Destiny. Or the guns in Borderlands but damn there too many to keep track off or even the guns and gauntlet from Evil West. There are soo many weapons he wanted to make but first he has to visit the quirk doctor.
At the quirk doctor's office
In the office there are many kids from the orphanage wanted to know their quirks and know how to activate them. Or to know what to do with their quirks many of them were either happy and sad because some of their quirks are weird or powerful and flashy. Then it now Rey's turn with the caretaker of the orphanage with him as he enters the office. He sees the doctor with his results in a folder as the doctor began to speak.
"I checked the results and looks like you have a quirk young man" he said as he read the files with the caretaker
"And yes according to many of our test results his quirk is neither of out quirks known today meaning this man has a new type of quirk the test came out that his quirk is related to be in his mind or phycological quirk similar to those to IQ boosting quirks but we need to test this new quirk" he said as the caretaker nodded in agreement with the results as Rey is looking at the doctor and the caretaker.
Testing room
In the testing room is Rey with a pile of scrap metal and other parts of something from a machine as well as some tools. Then the doctor then shows him a picture of a rocket then Rey began to build it from the scraps he was given but the outcome was different the doctor expect to make a harmless rocket but the rocket he built was a missile rocket then the doctor began to thought.
'What the...did he just build a missile rocket...wait hold on why did this build a missile instead a normal rocketship' he thought but then the rocket began to set itself off then began to fly allover the place then off to the corner of the room and it explode.
The doctor was shocked to see it's also working then the doctor began to search an image from the internet and he gave the child more scrap metal and the doctor shows a AR-15 tactical Omni with optics.
In Rey's P.O.V
In Rey's mind he see flashed of the blueprints images on how to assemble or remake a certain part of the gun. Then he began to assemble and make parts for that gun complete with an empty AR-15 Magazine his hands began to work on the frame to moving parts the tools he have he then began to assemble everything easily. As the doctor was shocked that he doesn't have the blueprints and schematics on how to make that gun until Rey finished it with ease as he checks the chamber of the gun and clocking mechanism.
The doctor was shocked to see that he also know how to operate and test the rifle easily with optics, a empty magazine, and all gun modes from safety, semi auto, auto and burst. The doctor was shocked until he wanted one more test he called in a friend from the police station and then his friend arrived with actual 5.56x45mm Nato rounds with a steel target as the child began to be present with the gun he made with ammo as well as the target the police monitor the child as the Docter began to take note.
Then Rey began to see flashes of how to use the gun from loading rounds to the magazine, to how to use it and how to shoot the gun. Then he acted by grabbing the box of ammo filled with live rounds he then loads them 5 in the magazine then uses the gun he already made. The police man was shocked to see this child who is just 4 years old know how to use a gun even thought he didn't know what a gun is as well as basic training with firearms. As the doctor took notes of the results and he was both terrified and Impressive at the same time only within as he will either be the most important or dangerous child in history.
After many testings the quirk can make any weapon he both sees and touched as he know how to make one as well as bullets but issues are he can't make any living bio weapon since it only works on an actual gun not a living bio weapon. In which the doctor is satisfied with the testing as he lead Rey back to the caretaker.
