Chapter 3: Growing Up.

'Now that I think about it, is there a reason that I can't do whatever I want?' Tsukihime thought, looking outside the window.

'Wait from spoilers I can see that Ayanokoji had some unusual past which makes him the guy that he is, and it feels like the leader of that group has a lot of power.' She continued thinking, before getting interrupted by the sound of arguing.

"Excuse me, but I was wondering if you could give up your priority seat to her?" Looking at the source of the voice, it would seem to be an argument waiting to happen.

"Why should I have to give up my seat? The problems of others don't particularly appeal to me, so do tell." A well-built blonde man countered.

'And that's the beginning of this story.' Tsukihime observed, before ignoring the argument to look outside the window.

'But I heard from the spoilers that the people who want to go at it with Ayanokoji are coming next year, so basically this year is a free game. Not that I would want to go against that monster of a human.'

'Myself from a few years ago thought of going with the Koenji route no matter what, but looking at the guy, he seemed to be an irredeemable human, so I devised 4 plans, which would change depending on the class that I had been sorted into.'

'If I got into Class A, which is quite peaceful compared to Class C and Class D, I would just do nothing, because just being on the radar of Sakayanagi from the spoilers felt to be quite dangerous, because if my info is correct, she somehow expelled someone in the last exam of the first year. So having the shy archetype of Airi Sakura would be optimal in that class.'

'If I got into Class B, which is full of pacifists, all I would need to do is just somehow anonymously give information about Class Points at the beginning of school, resulting in the large 350-point loss in the beginning month, and then I would just go to the Airi Sakura archetype to have a decent amount of points every month and not be broke.'

'Class C, which would be the most troublesome for my easy-going spectating life, I would probably just beat up every guy in the class in the beginning and then leave them alone while looking to get money in different ways. Might have to look back on my reads on the economy for that though.'

'Class D would probably be the easy route of just following the archetype of a person who doesn't want to be bothered to get the perverts off my ass and then do nothing but spectate.'

'Now now, the deities might be asking: why don't you want your class to be the best? Yeah I do, but look at it this way... hmm... never mind you might be right. It still is my life even if it is an anime world. But the trope of someone hiding their strength will never get old! So fuck that I'll still be going with my four plans. I mean it only took like 1 hour to think up all of that. Thought Acceleration is simultaneously the thing that is feeding my boredom and filling it.'

'This power is lowkey making me feel I've already lived like 50 years with all of this unnecessary thinking...'

Finally arriving at the Advanced Nurturing High School, Tsukihime walked to the Opening Ceremony, tuning out the staff member who was talking about the school's values, because in terms of intelligence, she believed that she was far above anyone in the class, quite possibly the entire school.

'The perks of my reincarnation feel like a good fit for this school, which ironically was supposed to be for my future further out.'

'If I want to enjoy my so-called youth, it would be better for me to be in Class B, from a socialite's perspective, so let me hope for the best,' Tsukihime thought, ignoring the obvious stares that were on her.

Around her, boys and girls alike were admiring her looks, which were blinding enough to forcefully shove in their minds the statement 'This girl is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen' subconsciously.

Aware of the stares she inwardly cursed, 'This has to be the most suboptimal scenario, how does a celebrity even deal with this?' Before glaring at anyone who seemed to be looking for one second too long, watching their startled faces look back at the teacher who was on the stage.

'That should subconsciously put in the message of 'fuck off' to these children.' Tsukihime thought, fixing her gleaming silver hair, which was a little disheveled due to the turning of her neck.

As the ceremony ended, she followed the admission guide on the tour of the school, listening to their explanation of the available facilities of the school, which included, but were not limited to an entire mall, multiple cafes, and multiple convenience stores strewn throughout the campus.

She also listened to their explanation of the different grades and classes, before tuning them out.

Arriving at her classroom, she looked up to see the sign that read: 1-B.

Smiling inside, she looked for her desk, before arriving at the desk that was on the left side on the last row.

'A bit conspicuous for my liking, but nothing too bad.'

'This was pretty good for a class, a charismatic defined leader, a relaxed environment, and I don't know enough to be too bored.' She stood up in perfect posture, determined to be average.

'I'm glad that my tactic on the entrance exam worked. Trying to not purposefully get attention like the socially inept Ayanokoji, getting 90s on new High School level exams is just questioning my perks' ability to be efficient.' Even though she didn't want to particularly get high scores, her reputation as a smart person in Junior High could impact her impressions and possibly get the attention of annoying people. She made the mistake of trying hard in middle school before she discovered what universe she was in and didn't want to risk possible records of drastic changes in academic ability in her school years getting attention.

Of course, she couldn't even ask her parents to hide them because a lack of a record in a sense is also a record. Just as doing nothing in a scenario is technically doing something.

With her records giving off an image of someone who was diligent in their studies but not diligent to the point of attempting to go above and beyond she assumed that she would either be placed in Class A or Class B. Given teacher reports of her being a normal student with no abnormalities in personality further supporting the persona of her being a perfectly average person, with the likes of being placed in Class B.

'Of course, all of the precautionary steps I took could have all been useless because I don't know how large of the scope of Advanced Nurturing High School is...'

Looking around, she notices the person who will be the class leader, and not to be weird, but whom she considered 'Best Girl' when she still watched anime when she was a teenager in her past life. Of course, it was still weird to think that now, but looking at her reminded Tsukihime of a time before her perks.

'Being social was one of her perks, if I do remember correctly, and if I am not mistaken I'm pretty sure she was a little too nice for this school.'

It turned out that Ichinose also noticed her before they accidentally made eye contact, her steel blue eyes looking into Tsukihime's own steel gray eyes. Tsukihime herself was not one to back down in a staring contest, so she continued to stare into Ichinose's eyes.

After a few seconds, Ichinose realized the awkwardness of the situation before purposefully coughing to break eye contact and talk to another classmate, a tinge of red on her cheeks.

"Are you okay, Ichinose-san?" the classmate asked, looking at her slightly flushed cheeks.

"Y-yeah, I'm perfectly fine, just a bit nervous because of the new environment that we are all in, you know?" Ichinose responded, having recovered herself from the awkward situation.

"Oh okay!" The classmate responded, Shiranami Chihiro if she remembered correctly.

'This doesn't seem like the person I saw in the anime,' Tsukihime thought, before correcting herself. 'Of course, anime isn't advanced enough to show subtle emotions, but I don't know...' with the pattern recognition she saw a little bit of guilt in her body language, which didn't match the Angelic Figure of Ichinose Honami that she saw in the anime.

'I guess there is always a difference,' Tsukihime thought, before looking around the classroom.

Looking above her, she saw a camera looking across the room, and looking at her watch, reading 9:58.

'The teacher would probably come at around 10:00, and the so called 'School Life' begins,' Tsukihime thought.

As if reading her mind, Ichinose voice rose up, "Let's all sit down now, the teacher is probably going to come soon, let's try to leave a good impression on them!"

Following the leader, everyone in Class B started to quiet down and sat down, waiting quietly for the teacher.

Under the sudden silence, the students heard the click noises of someone wearing heels walking down the hall, getting louder until it stopped in front of the door.
