Julian almost felt ashamed on Cassandra's behalf.

"Yes, Sir."

"Why is it so dark around here???"

Julian switched on several more lamps, bathing the hotel room in more light.

"Better now," the old gentleman said with a gruff voice as he looked around the room.

"Why does it smell so weird?"

"It's the oil diffuser, Sir."

"Get rid of it. It is making me dizzy."

A gentle whirring ceased as Julian reached down and obediently shut off the oil diffuser. In its place, a soft glow emanated from the device, illuminating a menu brimming with essential oil options. It seemed the hotel offered a thoughtful selection, catering to the diverse preferences of its guests.

"May I offer you a different kind of oil?" He asked.

"No. My nose is sensitive. Get me some beef lasagna and a bottle of Pinot Noir from a good year."

"Yes, Sir."
