Chapter 3: Waterboarding
"What is happened here? Hey kid! Who killed those people?".The 12-year-old boy in a Shinobi uniform asked a cute 5-year-old boy.
The boy put both his hands in the back.
"Lord Shinobi, A-A ice demon killed them! It killed my family and friends!"
"Is that so?" Although the cute child's words were believable the shinobi was still villigant.
"Y-yes."
But Haku was even more cautious! The person looked to be a genin and had probably just graduated from the Academy of the Blood Mist.
Haku pulled up a kunai behind his back and started slowly walking towards Shinobi. If haku had known how to make hand seals, this would have been easier but alas he had just arrived.
"Stop your steps, boy!"
Haku threw a kunai toward the legs of the genin. He speculated that the genin's torso was probably protected with chainmail but, the genin was wearing quite thin trousers.
The genin expectedly dodged the kunai.
"So you were the bloodline user! Good good, this is good. If I capture you I will surely get a reward!" The genin smirked as he looked at the short kid running towards him.
He threw a kunai toward Haku, the latter barely managing to dodge it. Haku using his short height as leverage kicked the genin in calves. The genin didn't budge and instead kicked Haku in the torso sending him a few feet back.
Haku retaliated with a kunai throw to the face this time! The genin's inexperience clearly showed as he dodged while closing his eyes. Haku used the opportunity and dug a kunai in a specific area painful to males— the groin!
"AAAAAAHHH!" The genin blood curling scream reverberated through the village but, haku wasn't finished yet! They punched the genin behind his knees, disbalancing the genin and making him fall.
Haku then sat above the genin and reputedly elbowed the tearful genin in the neck. After a few hits the genin was unconscious.
Haku would have lost this fight if the genin wasn't underestimating him and if the genin was experienced. Haku also realized his main problem right now— his weak body!
Haku still felt the pain from the genin's kick in his torso.
Ignoring the pain, Haku clasped his hands together to pour ice release chakra in the genin's groin so that the genin wouldn't die of bleeding.
The genin still had some use.
'Looks like that one time I used ice chakra with one hand was because of stress and adrenaline. For now, I will only be able to use it with two hands, like all other elemental Kekkei genkai users.'
Haku smiled when he remembered a certain scene from the original show. ' But Haku should have enough talent to be able to use it with one hand.'
Leaving His monologue behind, Haku dragged the unconscious body of the genin inside the house while making grunting noises.

I opened my eyes, shocked that I was still alive. The dark lighting of the house was visible.
Did my group manage to find me? Ugh, took those bastards long enough.
Well, I guess that was my fault given that I got too overconfident and lost my way. What could I do anyway?! It was my first C-rank mission and that too with 5 genin!
Trying to move my legs, I felt a sharp pain in certain areas. Ugh, I hope this can be solved.
Wait.
Why can't I move my arms and legs?! Looking at them, they aren't even tied to a rope.
And, why is there ice in a slit shape in both my arms and legs?! Why am I naked?!
"Ohh, look who has woken up! If it isn't our Lord Shinobi!" A voice that was supposed to be cute remarked.
"You bastard, what did you do to me?!" My breathing fastened as I could hear My heartbeat.
"Nothing much. I cut the tendons of your arms and legs." The ki— No, the ice demon said.

Haku opened the door to find the guy to have opened up.
After a few exchanges of pleasantries, Haku took out a cut piece of a jute bag and put it in a way to cover the genin's face.
Looking at the genin's hands and legs, Haku was thankful to his past self for learning this stuff.
"Now act like a good Shinobi!" Haku smiled innocently.
Haku then proceeded to create water by pushing water chakra through his hands. This was the very thing the previous haku's life was ruined because of.
Being Poured water over the nostrils and mouth, both covered by the jute cloth, the genin started to struggle but alas, he couldn't even do that as only his torso moved.
Haku was obviously waterboarding him!
Haku pulled out the cloth from Genin before the Genin died.
The genin, who now looked to be standing in the doorway of life and death but still with resolve to survive, asked.
"Whatever you want, I ain't giving you. Just wait till my team comes and beat—" The genin realizing his mistake stopped talking.
"Although you have the resolve of a genin of the blood mist, you seem to be lacking in a certain place above the head."
The genin clicked his tongue, "What is said still stands true, you bastard!"
"Sure sure, Now be a good Shinobi again." Haku continued waterboarding.
Haku didn't ask anything for ten sessions but the genin wasn't the same.
"Kill me, you bastard." The genin's voice was weak.
"What are you saying?! Kill!! I would never do such a thing, I am a pacifist!" Haku paused for a while and continued. "Let's make a deal. You tell me all the hand signs you know and I will heal you. You see I have trained in the arts of an inryo-nin!"
"Ah also, If you don't tell me, I mightn't remain a pacifist for long!"
The genin widened his eyes. This kid tortured him just for some hand signs and not even jutsus!
The genin knew that if he didn't take this opportunity, he would really die and… he also wanted this to end quickly.
Clinging on to his last hope, the genin talked to buy time in hopes his team hopefully arrive.
" You cut my arms and are asking me to show you hand signs? Are you trying to mock me?" The genin's weak voice said.
" Don't beat around the bush, Shinobi. You can tell the finger alignment with your mouth. Do it fast." Haku was serious this time.
The genin not finding any topic to buy time with complied.
