Chapter 2: Chapter Two: Eye of the Eye

The morning sun shined its rays on Hebiamis face as he opened his eyes. "My head...." he groaned while sitting up in his bed.

"Good morning, you were asleep for about 2 days. I suppose the sudden receiving of powers would take a toll on a normal persons mind." Boro said as he manifested around Hebiamis waist.

Still adjusting to this new addition to his life, Hebiami stared blankly at Boro.

"Since you are receiving this better than I expected you should get dressed, we have a bit of training to do before you will be able to use your powers.... are you listing?"

Boro tightened around Hebiamis waist to get his full attention.

"I'm listening, I'm listening!!!" Hebiami exclaimed as he tugged on the tightened Boro.

"You need to learn how to make proper portals and toughen them up before traversing dimensions"

"That didn't come with the powers?"

"Not entirely." Boro said while chuckling.

"The best place to train would be somewhere cold so that the ice on your portals can toughen up and hold their form. We also need somewhere barren, we don't want other people figuring out you have powers...."

"Antarctica?" Hebiami suggested.

Boro thought for a second before disappearing.

While Boro was away Hebiami thought about how he would tell Yuka and his mother about his powers and if he would tell them at all.

What he would do with them is the question that stuck to his brain like a leech.

Would he travel dimensions from now on?

Would he become a hero that saved the world from evil?

Would he be hunted down by that evil?

Are there other people that can traverse dimensions like him?

These questions, that floated around in his head, not only made him curious but anxious as well.

Before he could answers any of them, Boro reappeared.

"Where did you go?" Hebiami asked, curious about Boros sudden disappearance

"Thanks to my god we have a one-time way to Antarctica!" Boro said ecstatically as his flowers bloomed in excitement.

Hebiami was confused about why a god would aid them in such a trivial moment.

"Why is he suddenly helping us?"

"Every snake gets a single favor from him after they find their Holder. Lucky for us it is the only favor we will need." Boro explained.

After final finding a way to train his abilities Hebiami was ready to set out to Antarctica. More than anything though he was ready to explore the dimensions open to him.

But before Hebiami could get to his feet a crack in space appeared in front of him. The crack transformed into a hand made of glass. When the hand opened an eye lid resided on its palm, and when that eye lid opened something that could only be described as horrifying stared back at Boro and Hebiami.

A door, covered in vines and rusted, housed a red scared eye that belonged to a God Made Serpent. It spoke in 2 voices, one trailing the other, and muttered one word "Kill." Before the shock of what they were witnessing could hit them a shard of glass zoomed past both of their faces.

In this dire moment Hebiami snapped, opening his own portal and jumped through with Boro — ready or not be damned.

The glass hand pursued them as they jumped through the unstable portal. Before it could get any closer to them the portal collapsed, severing the hand and blowing its shards in the wind.

What dimension they were transported to was unknown to them.
