Chapter 10: Airship
"Wow..."
Looking around the spacious cabin of the Cloud Runner - a larger, more lavish variant of the Cloud Skipper that was made for luxury travel - I took in all the velvet seats, rich dark oak floorboards and walls, the nice rugs, the various crates and containers filled with goods...
All of it was Lady Von Goldiue's personal collection, save for the crate and the barrel that had my stuff stored inside, as well as the Wolfkin that was sitting atop said crate and watching me as I walked around the cabin, taking it all in.
"Impressive isn't it, Miss Serani? A gift from one of our Queens for a job well done. Small, yes, but perfect for almost a dozen people and a large quantity of goods. And quick as a bowshot too! Lovely Airship, and I'm blessed to have it."
"It... It is really impressive, Lady Von Goldiue. Truly... I don't think I've seen a finer one owned by an individual in my life!"
"Ha~! I get what you mean though... those large trade ships and military ships are leagues above my quaint Runner here, that's for sure. And according to the charts... ah, yes, we're merely ten minutes away from Mount Fornagi. Come, look out over the wild beauty of the Frontier with me, Miss Serani. It's going to be a rarity for you to see in the upcoming months, after all. From above, anyways."
I nodded and stepped forwards, approaching the glass and standing beside Lady Von Goldiue as we looked out over the long stretch of grassy plains that just kept going, forming an ocean of green that was occasionally breached by the various hills and mountains that began to become more frequent the further we got from the Empire's heart.
The Frontier...

No one really knows what is within its depths, if there are other civilizations waiting to be found - be they old and established or mere pieces of history. "I heard that we were planning on establishing a new colony past Mount Fornagi sometime soon..? Further away from Fornagi and Vorgina, deeper into the Frontier..."
Chuckling, Lady Von Goldiue looked over at me and remained quiet, making me grow flustered as I realized I had just asked a member of the Government about the plans that were likely rather confidential at the moment, so...
"Ahem... Um... A-Anyways, thank you for taking me here, Lady Von Goldiue! You really didn't have to personally transport Crima, my gear and myself..."
"Aw, it's alright Miss Serani~! It's the least I can do... and besides, I not only get paid to do this, but I am curious as to just how... 'lucky' you're going to be with your new Ranch. Besides..."
Leaning closer, she brought her lips towards my ear and glanced at both Crima and Regina, who leaned forwards as well and clearly honed their hearing to try and catch whatever she was whispering; Crima with curiosity, but Regina with a frown and narrowed eyes, which made me a bit worried...
"The longer I can enjoy my kitten acting strangely around you, the better~! She's never been bred by a normal Human before, so it's refreshing to see... and also..."
Licking her lips, Lady Von Goldiue looked me over and added "You're quite the looker yourself, Miss Serani... I'd be stupid to not try to get to know you better... for personal reasons, of course..."

Regina softly hissed as she took a step closer, only to freeze when Lady Von Goldiue clicked her tongue and softly muttered "Kitten..." while Crima stood up as well, staring at the Catkin closely.
Not even bothering to look at the Catkin, Lady Von Goldiue continued to stare out over the rolling hills that began to appear more frequently beneath us as she said "I don't remember saying you could speak, kitten. That's twice today... Is my kitten acting up on purpose, perhaps..?"
Pursing her lips, the blonde narrowed her eyes before smiling suddenly as she looked back at me, asking "You're a certified Rancher and Breeder now, Miss Serani. Tell me, why is my kitten acting up? Is she still in heat, perhaps? Should I pay for you to take care of her again?"
My cheeks darkened once more as I peeked at Regina, who was biting her cheek and refusing to stare at me, but her tail swished swiftly behind her at the words of her Master; meanwhile, I also peeked at Crima, who frowned slightly as she looked at me instead of Regina, her red gaze feeling rather odd as she looked at me from afar.
"Yes, I think I should, right? How about it, Miss Serani? Would you breed my kitten for me again? For a bottle of wine, perhaps? Oh... or would you like something else~?"
Smiling seductively at me, Lady Von Goldiue leaned over again and whispered "Perhaps a kiss from me~? Or would you like to rub your crotch against my ass~? I felt your stare earlier, y'know?"
I absolutely was as red as my hair now, and I took a step back before Lady Von Goldiue nodded and said "We're settled then! Breed Regina again, and I'll give you a kiss~! Sound good~?"

Both the Demi Human's exclaimed their surprise together, staring at us completely flabbergasted by the words of the blonde beside me, who just chuckled as she shrugged her shoulders and said "Or not. It would seem they are both against it... a shame, really. Your file said you had a good flavor too; honey apple, I believe? Sweet and refreshing..."
Nodding to herself, Lady Von Goldiue returned her golden gaze to the landscape below as she acted like nothing had happened, leaving me confused and oddly aroused as I couldn't help but take a quick peek at her butt... which was swaying side to side.
