Chapter 20: Lightning Style: Thunderbolt Jutsu
"Call it whatever you want but It's still a date to me," Rem muttered with a shrug as he continued devouring the ramen, it tasted delicious but Rem knew that he had more tending matters to attend to.
There were a lot of ways he could use the B-rank Ninjutsu: Thunderbolt to his advantage especially when he was next to a water body, but Rem knew that he couldn't always be close tp a water body and so therefore, he decided to get a Water Ninjutsu next.
If it was a Ninjutsu that could cover them in water, he could launch thunderbolt and deal devastating damage to his opponents. Rem knew that he would require the buffs especially when faced with opponents that would be faster and stronger than him by chance.
"Uhm, Rem… can I sit with you?" Rem was pushed out of his thoughts once he heard that cute meek voice.
"Oh Sakura, yeah you can sit with me," Rem said and Sakura gave him a thankful nod before taking a seat next to Naruko.
"Hmm, Rem. I noticed that you came to school with Sakura today, are you guys in a relationship?" Naruko asked, her voice hinged with jealousy.
"No we aren't, we happened to meet by chance when coming to school," Rem replied, he knew how dangerous Naruko would be especially with the fact that she had a Jutsu that could create physical clones with their own Chakra reserves.
'Shadow Clones!' Rem realized.
Shadow Clones had their own reserves and therefore would be suited to fire multiple thunderbolts alongside him for maximum damage but Rem would have to subsequently wait for his chakra reserves to expand before he tried such a stunt.
Rem also noticed Sakura's deflated expression and a small smile crept onto his face.
"Alright," Naruko said and finished her ramen, "Don't forget to pick me up at 7 so we can eat Ramen together, It's a date,"
Rem couldn't suppress his chuckle, Naruko was willing to go to such lengths to make Sakura jealous- it felt a little bit refreshing to him.
"I thought you said it was just a friendly outing," Rem said and Naruko shook her head.
"It's a night out and you're calling it a friendly outing, maybe you're more stupid than you look," Naruko shot back with a dominant smile and walked off. Rem was in awe at her recent change in attitude but he couldn't help but sigh.
'You're truly something else, aren't you?' Rem thought, his thoughts on bedding Naruko were going over the roof… she was a really different woman than anything Rem had seen and she surely left him intrigued.
'Perhaps all Uzumaki women are like this,' Rem thought back to Naruko's mother, she was hot-headed and quick to jump into conclusions but Rem hoped to know her more and find out more about Naruko too.
"You're going on a date with Naruko?" Sakura asked.
"No," I replied, "We just happen to be going to the same place at the same time, We're going to Ichiraku ramen," Rem replied with a shrug.
Sakura nodded.
"Can I come along?" Sakura asked.
She was bustling with determination; she didn't want to lose out to Naruko, she would do anything to get Rem to recognize her feelings for him… and she wasn't going to allow them go out together, it might increase their closeness and she didn't want that to happen- She didn't want Rem to fall for Naruko, she wanted Rem to be her's.
"Alright, if you really want to. Your house is closer to mine so I'll pick you up early and we'll both head to Naruko's place," Rem said, he really didn't mind to be in the company of two girls and he was sure that Ayame's jealousy would prompt her to visit him more quickly. After all, Women were just like that.
Sakura nodded her head in joy as she continued eating her rice, Lunch time was just an hour away from the treacheries of school work and Rem was grateful for this time, it gave him a chance to arrange his thoughts and his plans for the future.

"See you later," Rem said while waving Naruko goodbye, as Naruko left the class… Rem was left alone with Uruka who was sweating nervously.
"Uruka-sensei, did I do anything to you?" Rem asked.
"N-no, but Rem I think it would be better if I didn't continue tutoring you after school and we didn't do… that anymore," Uruka said.
Rem pursed his lips, she obviously decided to suppress those feelings and Rem knew that it would be really hard to release them.
'Why do some women like so much drama?' Rem couldn't help but wonder.
He was still going to have her later so there was no need to make so much drama and fuss over it, but he would play along with her.
"If you really hate me that much Uruka-sensei then I won't come to school ever again," Rem said and before Uruka could say anything, he left and slammed the door behind him.
'Two can play the game of acting,' Rem thought as he jumped out the hall window and started heading to a training ground.
He was still dead intent on testing out his new Jutsu to make sure that it was powerful enough to suit his needs, After all, he was going to have a lot of high grade missions to do in the future and so therefore he needed the proper jutsus that would ensure his survival in a treacherous situation.
'Especially if I meet someone in the Bingo book,' Rem thought.
Meeting Missing-nin in the Bingo book was an unavoidable situation since he planned to transverse and own most of the lands in the world, including Konohagakure and Sunagakure, they were the main points of his concern.
They were not the strongest villages but with a little help from the Rem regimen which he planned to use to strengthen his forces, they would surely grow stronger. His first point of conquest would be the Land Of Waves which had little resources, from the land of waves, he would pick about 3 – 10 men or women with high chakra levels and cultivate them into his own personal Ninja force.
Then he would take 35 children probably and start cultivating them into his own self-made Genin, after that, he would probably sign a treaty with the Hokage so that they would be able to watch the Chunin exams and honestly he hoped that he would still be able to knock up some women, imagine if the breaking news of the world was that women in the Land of waves were able to get pregnant…
Well, Rem appeared on a tree in Training ground #23 and couldn't sense any chakra in the air, it was vacant and he felt excited to go through the seals and finally use his first B-rank jutsu.
Rem jumped down from the tree and went to the center of the training ground.
"It's finally time," Rem muttered under his breath as he quickly went through the seals.
Tiger -> Snake -> Tiger -> Bird -> Tiger -> Ram
As Rem made the seals, his palms were releasing blue sparks of lightning.
"Lightning Style: Thunderbolt Jutsu!"
Rem spread his arms apart and two huge bolts of lightning that broke apart multiple trees in an instant, Rem was left exhausted after a single use of Thunderbolt and he frowned.
'My Chakra points are not too high enough, they're just 85 Chakra points,' Rem thought while glancing at his status again, he had eaten up 60 CHA points in an instant and the need to increase his Chakra rose.
Rem rested against a tree and waited for his Chakra to be restored.
If he planned on becoming the Daimyo of the Land Of Waves then he had to become much stronger, strong enough to spam this attack multiple times. After all, once he took over the Land Of Waves… news was going to be given to other lands that there was a new Daimyo and by the time they started seeing the Land of waves was becoming prosperous, if he didn't have any treaties with the other hidden villages, The land of waves would be attacked.
Hence as soon as Rem rose into power, he planned to write a letter to the Hokage requesting a treaty… if the other hidden villages heard that the Land of Waves were under the protection of Konohagakure, they would not attack the Land Of waves…
'So many things to do,' Rem thought, 'And so little time to do them,'
Even though it was a few months to graduation, Rem didn't want to falter, he needed to prepare for his goals. And one of the only ways Rem was going to get true power was by finding more about the Sharingan.
