The roof had just been destroyed. A man in a suit, hands in pockets and white gloves, was coming down. His hair was black as coal and his eyes red as emeralds. He didn't touch the ground on the way down, and his expression didn't change until he reached Liam.
The noise attracted Liam's parents. They quickly went upstairs to check Liam's room. Orion placed his hands on the doorknob, he was about to open the door. When suddenly the mysterious man clapped his hands, freezing time.
"Well done, Liam. You've passed the Celestial Mages test," he said, a smile spreading across his face.
"Well, I'm not going to beat around the bush. You are a contender to become the next Celestial Mage of Creation," he announced.
"I'm not against it... but what is a Celestial Mage?" asked Liam.
"WHAT? YOUR PARENTS NEVER TALKED TO YOU ABOUT HEAVENLY MAGES?!"
To avoid suspicion, Liam had to come up with an excuse.
"They didn't have time to introduce me to the Celestial Mages because of illness."
"Hmmmm..."
The man moved closer to look at Liam for a few seconds, then stepped back.
"Okay, I'll make it short for you…"

A few hours before the meeting of the messenger of the Celestial Magi with Liam. In the capital, Contantia, more precisely in the castle of the king of the Aurora Empire, a man was running through the corridors, carrying several scrolls in his arms. He stopped in front of the door where two guards wearing armor stood.
The guards, seeing the old man approach with his parchments, decided to cross their spears in front of the door.
"Where do you think you're going, Daniel?" he said.
"Let me in, it's of the utmost importance."
"What emergency?"
"A CELESTIAL MAGE WILL BE CHOSEN IN OUR EMPIRE!", retorted the old man.
The guards removed their spears that were blocking the door. The old man entered the room.
"My king, I have good news."
The king sat on the throne, his gaze seeming to await death. In his hand was a golden cup filled with wine. To his right stood his minister, ready to serve the king another time.
"What is this good news?"
"Um, the stars and the alignment of the planets indicate that our Kingdom has 7 of the 10 contenders for the title of Celestial Mage of Creation."
The king's eyes looked at Daniel from the ground.
"Are you sure of what you just said?
"Yes, I'm sure of it. The Celestial Mages, who created the mana cores and live in the heavens, have decided to choose a new Celestial Mage of Creation."
"And what happened to the last Celestial Mage of Creation?" asked the king.
"To be honest, I don't know what to say, but probably his core cracked and he died."
"Hmmm, so the Celestial Mages Radian, Selkie and Harald have decided to choose a new Celestial Mage of Creation to maintain balance in the world," the king said.
The minister whispered in the king's ear: "My king, of these 7 people, there will be 1 left and if we find them, we could give them the rank of jewels... No count or even empire could resist your power."
The king, looking for a purpose in his life after the death of his son, decided to listen to the minister and ordered the head of the mage tower to find these 7 mages. Suddenly, time froze.

"You see, Liam, the Celestial Mages possess a power that can destroy an entire empire. There are four of them: the Celestial Mage of Destruction, Creation, Manipulation and Visualization."
"These Mages are on a mission to maintain balance in this world. But if one day one of them finds themselves broken, they will have to put all their knowledge into a fruit found in the celestial garden."
"By eating this fruit, we find in it all the knowledge of the ancient Mages who preceded them."
Liam was speechless at what he had just heard. He didn't have time to say a word.
"I have come not only to tell you this, but also to give you the mark of the suitor."
The man placed his finger on Liam's forehead, a magic circle appeared behind his ear.
the man said before leaving, "Well, remember my name, Bradford, if you ever become a Celestial Mage."
Bradford flew up and out of the same hole he came from. The hole in the ceiling seemed to close behind him.
