Chapter 63: The Difference Between Heaven and Earth! Admiral Awakens!

"You can't escape," Kizaru muttered, looking downward at Kaido.

"Die here!" Green Bull growled, laughing.

Kaido sneered and grabbed Kizaru with his left hand. With his right, he swung his mace upward into the sky.

Kizaru's eyes flashed. He redirected the Sword in his hand, aiming a slash at Kaido's large palm.

He intended to limit one of Kaido's hands, while Fujitora's meteorite restrained the other. Now, Green Bull saw the perfect moment to strike.

"That's the price for underestimating me!" Aramaki shouted. "Forbidden Sensei!"

Countless fist-shaped trees, covered in pitch-black Armament Haki, erupted upwards, rushing towards their target.

With a tremendous rumble, a flash of light burst forth.

In Green Bull's vision, his multitude of trees engulfed Kaido, striking him from every angle without any gaps. A hint of joy flickered across his face—Kaido would surely be wounded now!

But Kaido shattered the meteorite with his rod, sending chunks of rubble cascading down like shooting stars.

"Are you giving me a massage?" Kaido's voice echoed from within the barrage of fist-shaped trees.

Aramaki's expression shifted subtly.

Amidst a cacophony of cracking and crashing, Kaido burst forth from the trees, obliterating the wooden assault.

Green Bull watched, nervous and panicked, as Kaido leaped high into the air and then plummeted down towards him, mace raised.

"Descend! Ragnarok!" he bellowed, with terrifying force behind his weapon.

Green Bull, not wanting to take the hit, hastily called forth another shield from his grass and wood domain.

"Iron Grove!" he declared.

Rows of trees bent and rose, their species surpassing ordinary steel in hardness. Augmented by his potent Armament Haki, he believed his defense unbreakable.

The next moment, however, splinters flew in all directions. Kaido crashed through the shield, and the mace struck Aramaki's face head-on.

The one who became a tree person was plunged into the earth; his body, covered in shattered wood and broken branches, lay amongst the debris.

Kizaru observed Aramaki's fall, then with golden light gleaming on his calves, he flew to Kaido's side.

With a murderous glint in his eyes, he asked solemnly, "Have you ever been kicked at the speed of light, Kaido-san?"

Without retracting, Kizaru launched his lightspeed kick but was met with Kaido's gaze.

Kaido curled his lips into a sneer, and a gust blasted from his mouth. "Boro Breath!"

Kizaru, lit by the cyan light, visibly tensed.

The wind, swift and unavoidable, unleashed a flurry of blades upon Kizaru at point-blank range.

Blood sprayed as he was flung backward, his own kick interrupted by the fierce gale, his body covered in wounds as he bled.

"Gravity Knife!" Fujitora burst through the ground with an intense anti-gravity surge, attacking Kaido from below.

Simultaneously, he gathered stones to catch Kizaru, who spun through the air.

Kaido's eyes twitched; he countered with an upward slash at Fujitora.

Anticipating this, Fujitora parried with his blade, using Kaido's formidable strength to retreat several dozen meters.

Kizaru and Green Bull were positioned on the slate.

"Are you two all right?" asked Fujitora, listening carefully for their responses.

Luckily, he could detect the heartbeat and breathing of the two men.

"It's the old man who was careless," said Kizaru, his body bleeding profusely and his face pale.

"I..." Aramaki plunged one hand into the ground, causing the island's flowers and weeds to wither.

Meanwhile, Aramaki's own injuries began to heal rapidly.

"No, not careless," Fujitora interjected, shaking his head. "He is just too strong. Even if two of us go alone, we wouldn't stand a chance against him."

"Even alone, the gap in strength is like heaven and earth," Aramaki admitted.

"Virgo was right to ask all three of us to come together. We have to eliminate Kaido today, or he'll become even stronger in the future... The consequences are unimaginable."

Aramaki clenched his teeth, speeding up his recovery reluctantly.

"It's truly terrifying. He defeated Big Mom in just a few hours with this power," Kizaru observed, his tone smooth despite his pallor.

They both agreed, having just battled Kaido and not even been able to withstand his frontal blow in his normal form. This was somewhat embarrassing for their Admiral status.

"Use all your strength; otherwise, there is no hope," Fujitora stated.

"Good!"

"It's terrible," Green Bull and Kizaru concurred. The three Admirals gathered, looking up at the approaching Kaido with solemn eyes. They all began to radiate an intensified aura and said in unison, "Awakening."

Suddenly, a golden light engulfed the sky, momentarily blinding Kaido. Visibility dropped to less than ten meters, and the ground beneath him, once rubble and debris, now sprouted green grass and vibrant flowers.

"Logia's Awakening..." Kaido squinted, realizing the environment would be changed forever to their advantage.

A sudden warning of danger triggered his instincts, and he dodged just in time as a shining sword barely missed him. The sword, likely Kizaru's Sword, sped past and disappeared into the golden light.

Beneath Kaido's feet, the earth cracked, and a thick wooden spike shot up, but Kaido, in his half-dragon form, was unharmed.

After awakening, it seemed they would resort to surprise attacks.

Kaido sensed the presence of the three Admirals. Even blinded in the golden light, their vivid and unsteady breaths were perfect targets.

He fixed his gaze in a certain direction, and Kizaru, who thought he was well-hidden, felt anxious when Kaido turned his head towards him. Beside Kizaru, Fujitora gripped his sword's handle with both hands and sliced through the air, not with sword qi, but with the gravitational force of his awakened powers. Suddenly, forces from all directions converged on Kaido, threatening to tear him apart.
